Blue Nun. I’ll drink whatever you give me, it’s all good.Cheers to that! what do you do for exercise?I do hot yoga. It’s 40°C and I look like a beetroot! I love dancing, too – I go to classes with mates and we dance like it’s Friday night, only it’s a sober Sunday morning. is it difficult dating someone in the public eye? We’ve been together over a year and a half, and we’re still private, but now we go to things together and post the occasional Insta picture.Cute! we saw you in the Strictly audience last series. what was it like being back after your 2016 stint? It was great because there was no pressure, and it was
so nice to see the crew. But even though it was nice to just sit there, it made me want to dance! I’d love to continue ballroom dancing, but I need a partner, so I might teach Iain.Have you got a fun year lined up?I’m going to be writing a lot more, and doing stuff with BBC Radio 5 Live. I’m working on a documentary on religion, and some projects with UNICEF, so it’s going to be busy. F● Laura has launched new campaign Your Kind of Good with California Almonds.

what would we usually find you tucking into, laura?I’m a smashed avo and poached egg kind of girl. I could have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it’s also what fits my schedule. As much as I enjoy cooking, sometimes I don’t have time. I always have a banana and almonds in my bag – there’s nothing worse than being hungry.are you super-healthy?Yes, I want to do the best for my body, but it’s all about balance. So at Christmas I’ll have a bit more padding! I just try to do what works for me. you look great! How would you describe your style?I dress for my mood. That can be anything from skinny jeans and a faux-fur jacket to a boho, floaty dress. The most important thing is to feel comfortable and confident. My fail-safe item is my All Saints biker boots as you can wear them with anything.who are your favourite designers?I love Dior, Calvin Klein, Sandro and Maje. On the high street it’s Zara and The Kooples, plus lots of Irish designers, such as Simone Rocha and Joanne Hynes.is how you look and what you wear important? How you look reflects how you feel. When I put on my favourite dress, I feel good about myself. I enjoy using my clothes and make-up to show another side of me. My boyfriend [comedian Iain Stirling, 31] says: “I like you when you first wake up in the morning.” I say: “You can have her, I’ll have the Laura with the red lipstick!”as you’ve got older, has your diet changed?I used to be terrible for having a bag of chips on the way home. I’ve tried diets in the past, but they don’t work. It’s important to be good to yourself.do you have any guilty pleasures? Cheese is my favourite thing in the world. My dog Mick loves it, too. He likes cheddar, and I like all the stinky stuff. There’s one called Stinking Bishop, which I love with a glass of sancerre, pinot grigio, or even
