Elephant Gypsum Tile is factory-finished decorative product which could be

applied with Elephant T-Bar ceiling stud without any additional adjustment.

With a variety of surfaced designs and usabilities, Elephant Gypsum Tile

could be perfectly applied to match with the wide range of the application

purposes.

Elephant Gypsum Tile is made by forming gypsum mineral and designed to

have a variety of decorative surfaces including the followings:

1. Vinyl Touch: a Gypsum Tile surfaced with vinyl, making it easy to clean. It is decorated with

unique and modern designs, allowing the maximum creativity in the decoration.

2. Texture touch: a Gypsum Tile with the texture design and color covered on the surface,

allowing the immediate use without additional painting. With the unique and modern

patterns, you can simply match the tiles with any decoration in order to create the desired

atmosphere.

3. Color touch: a Gypsum Tile covered with color on the surface. It can be promptly applied,

saving time normally wasting for painting. The color is delicately glazed in modern shades,

Ceiling Tile Installation

1. Chalk lines on the ceiling along each side of the room

2. Fasten the T-BarCeiling Studs along the marked lineswith nails or screws every 20 cm.

3. Fastenthe levels to the ceiling at the dimension of 121x121 cm.apart in every direction

4. Hang the main studs to the level to establish the accuratealignment all the way around the surface to be tiled.

5. Insert the secondary studs at the length of 121 cm. to the main studsby sliding the 60.5 cm. end of the secondary studs into the mainstuds in every interval to form the tiling square of 60.5x121 cm.

6. Placethe 60x120 cm. Elephant Gypsum Tile onto the studsto complete the 60x120 cm. T-BarCeiling System

If you are installing the 60x60 cm. T-Bar Ceiling Tile, just follow the installation tips no.1-6. However, the short secondary studs with the length of 60.5 cm. are to be insertedto the middle of the long secondary studs to establish the Ceiling Tile square of 60.5 x60.5 cm. After that, only have to place 60x60 cm. T-Bar Ceiling Tile onto the studs tofinish the 60x60 cm. T-BarCeiling System.
