Eli Verschleiser is an American businessman. He is a financier, real estate developer, and investor in commercial real estate projects located primarily throughout the East Coast of the United States. Along with Jacob Frydman, Verschleiser founded United Realty Partners in 2011, and currently serves as President and Treasurer. United Realty is a privately held firm that invests and advises in the commercial real estate arena. United Realty sponsors and is the advisor to a public REIT Real Estate Investment Trust - "United Realty Trust Incorporated, The Dual Strategy REIT." Eli Verschleiser's unique ability to envision a real estate project from its original conception to completion, and to forge a strategic direction for these projects, has allowed him to recognize dramatic value in commercial real estate projects nationwide. Prior to forming United Realty Partners, LLC, Eli served as Chief Executive Officer of Multi Capital Group, a New York-based private real estate investment banking firm specializing in sourcing financial solutions for its real estate clients.

Through his companies, Eli Verschleiser has been involved in over $6 Billion of real estate transactions. In addition to his investment banking activities, Eli Vershleiser has also developed commercial and residential projects in New York City and elsewhere. Eli is involved in numerous community and philanthropic organizations, as a co-founder and board member of Our Place, a NYC based not-for-profit that provides support for teens in trouble. Eli Vershleiser attended NYU Real Estate Institute (REI) and is a board member of The Brownstone, a philanthropic organization that sponsors summer programs in New York City for college students from outside of the state.

After meeting with dozens of parents Shani and Eli Verschleiser decided to tackle yet another community issue. The Safety of Our Children. After much press relating to the topic Shani Verschleiser, AuD decided it is about time our community implements this. Shani, a mother of three is on a mission to educate teachers, parents, and children about the topics of safety. THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN IS OUR FIRST RESPONSIBILITY is the Magenu tag line. Shani and Eli Verschleiser stated, there are too many safety issues within the community, and no one has taken the correct steps to do anything about it.
