• Based on its regional expertise, Coreso supports the TSO community in identifyingand undertaking actions and initiatives on medium and longer term to ensure Securityof Supply.

Conclusies Een interne energiemarkt: meer interconnecties maar wel tegen een achtergrond van transitie naar
een koolstofarme Europese economie én met voldoende concurrentiekracht;
Aangepaste, gemoderniseerde en/of sterkere netten met een groeiend percentage variabelehernieuwbare energie en een grotere flexibiliteit aan vraag- en aanbodzijde;
Noodzaak om vakgebieden aan te passen en de energietransitie zo goed mogelijk te begeleiden inhet algemeen belang van het land en van alle Belgische verbruikers;
De CREG zal ertoe bijdragen dat ELIA, zo efficiënt en zo goed mogelijk, een niet-discriminerend,veilig, betrouwbaar en performant net ontwikkelt ten voordele van alle verbruikers.

V. Rol van de regulator in het bevorderen van eenopen, eerlijke en constructieve dialoog
In een energiewereld die voortdurend in beweging is, zal de CREG, in een geest vanopenheid en constructief overleg, zich blijven inspannen om:
de contacten tussen de marktspelers te bevorderen
aandacht te hebben voor de bekommernissen van de verschillende stakeholders en hen regelmatig te raadplegen
hen antwoorden te geven inspelend op hun behoeften, met respect voor haar onafhankelijkheid en met nalevingvan haar bevoegdheden
haar verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op regionaal niveau (FORBEG), nationaal en Europees niveau (CEER,ACER, Europese Commissie…) en de bestaande samenwerkingsverbanden te versterken
haar van de overheden en hen regelmatig te informeren expertise ter beschikking te stellen
