AQI Remarks: 1. The approval sample was available for reference on site. 2. The shipment quantity was found 1914pcs. 3. Random sampling 125pcs samples for inspection, found 3pcs major defects and 7pcs minor defects, For the defects found during inspection, the inspector had already shown to the factory and requested them to replace or repair these samples 4. Upon the inspection, product 100% finished and 59% packed into cartons, 5. For measurements check, some measurements out of tolerance, please see section 7(Page 28). 6. For the main marks, Barcode, washing labels, hangtags actual found conform to client's documents. 7. All the XS size on polybag printed wrong to 'SX', please see pic below and confirm:
