Village Road Safety

Speed Indicator Devices deployed (SIDs) on 4 occasions in 2017. Data on website for most recent deployment. Traffic enforcement under taken in September 2017 in line with Traffic Order. 74 vehicles re-routed back to the A509 Community Forum involving Thames Valley Police scheduled for Wednesday 16th May, 7.30pm at The Pavilion, Emberton. All residents welcome.

Emberton Neighbourhood Plan •  “A Neighbourhood Plan is a new type

of community-led initiative which allows communities to create a vision and set out policies on the development and use of land in a parish or ‘neighbourhood area”.

Emberton Park Emberton Parish Council continues to monitor activities and report issues relating to Emberton Country Park such as events and litter Emberton Parish Council and Ward Councillors working towards re-instatement of PLUG (Park Liaison Users Group) Emberton Parish Council objected to the proposal of a skate park in ECP put forward by Olney Town Council Emberton Parish Council supports the ethos that the park is to remain for the pursuit of quiet, countryside activities
