FULL DYE SUBLIMATIONFull Dye Sublimation is similar in both practice and materials to Dye Sublimation, but on a much larger scale. Full dye garments can be any of the wide array of colors Boombah offers; unlike sublimation garments, which are limited to white and gray. Full dye garments also offer more flexibility and customization in the design process. The final piece is vibrantly colored, lightweight and well designed. To embroider, we convert a computer graphic into a stitch format that is recognized by our embroidery machines in a process known as “digitizing.” The embroidery machine then sews the artwork onto your apparel. TACKLE TWILLTackle twill is the process of stitching twill fabric onto garments. This technique gives the image vibrant colors, depth and texture. Tackle twill is an excellent option for the team or organization that wants a truly classic look, as tackle twill has been used for generations by professional teams. SCREEN PRINTINGAlso known as silk screening, transfers logo designs to dark or light-colored garments via a stencil silk screen. Logo designs typically consist of one to six colors each.

Full Dye Sublimation offers ultimate flexibility in shirt style and color, and nearly limitless design options.

Full Dye Sublimation is similar in both practice and materi-als to Dye Sublimation, but on a much larger scale. A full color shirt pattern is printed on a large sheet of coated paper with a special ink. This paper is placed on top of a plain white piece of cloth and pressed using a large format heat press. The press uses high temperature, pressure and time to transfer the image into the fabric. The fabric is then cut according to the pattern that was printed on it and sewn together to form a garment. Because the shirt is dyed and then sewn, there are far more design options for your garments. Full Dye garments are not limited in color the way Sublimation garments are. Your garment can be any of the wide array of colors Boombah offers, yet the cloth is still breathable and lightweight. The final piece is vibrantly colored, lightweight and well designed. Please refer to our color policy (page 63) for information on color matching.

Full Dye shirts are offered at a flat rate per shirt. This rate includes: • Front logo placement • Numbers, names, and/or sponsors on back of shirt • Sleeve logos • Boombah Full Dye style shirt in any of Boombah’s colors • The $25 Superstock logo design fee is included in the purchase of a team order of full dye shirts.

CUSTOM LOGOS

Custom logos are the ultimate choice when you’re looking for a unique logo that truly represents your team. Custom logos can combine any imagery you’d like to use to repre-sent your team, along with any of Boombah’s thousands of fonts to create a logo that is suited exactly to you. The possibilities are virtually endless. When you choose to have a custom logo designed, you will be assigned one designer who will work with you through the process of creating your logo. Your designer will contact you person-ally to discuss the logo you’d like before creating your first mockup. Your designer will then send you a mockup of your shirt, including your logo and number styles. After this initial mockup, you will be allowed two major revisions, at the Designer’s discretion. Boombah has a large design team that is eager to work with you and help you shape the logo you’re dreaming of. Our designers love what they do and it shows in the quality work they produce.

FUSION & SUBLIMATION

Sublimation offers limitless color options for your logo, along with plenty of room to showcase sponsors and player names. In Dye Sublimation your image will be printed with a special ink onto a sheet of transfer paper. The image on the piece of paper is applied to the shirt using a heat press. This press combines pressure, high temperature and time to transfer the image on the paper into the shirt. The end result is a breathable, flexible shirt with a vibrant image that won’t crack or peel off over time and won’t feel stiff or heavy while the garment is being worn. Because the sublimation process dyes the image into shirt, the color of the shirt can affect the colors in the image; therefore we can only sublimate on white or gray shirts. Images on gray shirts will appear darker than im-ages on white shirts. Sublimation can only be applied to polyester garments, as the ink does not chemically bond to other fabrics. Please refer to our color policy (page 63) for information on color matching.

SUBLIMATION

Fusion offers logos in limitless colors on any of Boom-bah’s garment colors, along with plenty of room to showcase sponsors and player names. In Fusion your image will be printed on a thin, flexible piece of vinyl. The vinyl will be applied to the shirt using a heat press. The heat press uses a combination of high temperature, pressure and time to adhere the vinyl image to the fabric of the shirt. The end result is a shirt that is any of the wide array of colors Boombah offers with a vibrant, clear image on it. While there are no color limitations when your fusion logo is being designed, please keep in mind that there will be a thin white outline around the outside edge of any images on a fusion shirt. This white outline is necessary to the process we use to cut out all vinyl logos, words and numbers. Also, the white outline can’t be changed to any other color. Due to the cutting pro-cess mentioned above, certain logos with complicated details that are offered in Sublimation cannot be offered in fusion. Whether a logo is offered in fusion will be noted next to the sublimation example in the logo section of the catalog. Please refer to our color policy (page 63) for information on color matching.

Any mascot can be paired with any mascot logo style, so you can mix and match to get the perfect look for your team. Mascot logos can be paired with mascot number styles and superstock number styles. Our stock letters are digitized with a mix of complex fills and satin stitching for a very professional look. We offer them in one or two colors and up to 3 letters for a full front cap design.

• Anything over 3 letters is considered custom. • Stock lettering fonts are offered right or left chest, on hats, beanies and visors, sleeves, locker tags, or under the collar. No Numbers are available in stock lettering fonts. • Lettering Fonts CANNOT be used as wording fonts.

Team Lettering Fonts

Boombah offers custom embroidery on many products. To embroider, we convert a computer graphic into a stitch format that is recognized by our embroidery machines. The embroidery machine then sews the artwork onto your apparel. The process of converting the artwork is known as digitizing and at Boombah we take great pride in our ability to notice every detail and apply a faithful representation of the image to your apparel.

What can be embroidered?

• All hats and visors (please note, due to the small sewing field we cannot embroider most logos on visors-only letters.) • Short and long sleeved Explosion pullovers • Mesh Crew Bombers • Pro Fleece sweatshirts and pants • Supreme tech fleece • Verge jackets and pants • Bat Packs, Beast Bags, Pack Sacks and Sprint Duffle Bags • Pants (we will not customize the backs of pants)

Please note that there is a minimum purchase of 12 items required for all embroidery orders. For fill in orders, there is a minimum purchase requirement of six items. If less than six items are ordered, a $10.00 set up fee will be added to your order. These purchase requirements do not include Bat Bags, Bat Packs or Pack Sacks that are getting a decorated name or number embroidered on them. These items have no set up fee or minimum purchase requirements.

Custom Logos

For all custom logos, there is a digitization fee. The digiti-zation fee is $100.00. This fee is separate from any other design fees for sublimation, fusion or screen printing. This fee also does not include the design fee for custom artwork that is created by our design team.

Customer provided artwork

For customer provided artwork, all digitization fees apply. Acceptable forms of artwork include CDR, EPS, PDF and AI files. The file must be a vector piece of art to be considered acceptable. There will be an extra design charge for cus-tomer provided jpeg and bitmap files.

There is no digitization fee for customer provided DST and PXF files. However, please note that no changes can be made to customer provided DST and PXF files.

SPECIALIZED GARMENTS

Boombah also offers specialized t-shirt options that are great for organizations, sports teams and spiritwear. Any of the specialized garment options listed below will look great on its own, but they can be combined with each other, screen printing, embroidery or tackle twill for a truly unique effect.

TORN TACKLE is a similar process to tackle twill. The embroidery department will sew an image that has been cut out of our t-shirt fabric onto a crew tee.

The BOOMBAH REVERSE TEE is created using a crew t-shirt. The embroidery staff will cut an image out of the fabric of a crew t-shirt and another layer of fabric will be sewn underneath the cutout to the inside of the t-shirt, an effect that adds extra color and depth to the shirt.

Boombah also offers FELT APPLIQUE. With felt appliqué, a logo, image or lettering is cut out of felt and sewn onto the garment. Felt appliqué is more three-dimensional than torn tackle and has clean, straight edges. Please be aware that since felt is thicker than the t-shirt material used for Boombah Reverse Tee and Torn Tackle, the end result will be a stiffer and heavier t-shirt.

Tackle twill is the process of stitching twill fabric onto gar-ments. Our embroidery staff will cut a design or lettering out of twill fabric and layer the pieces of twill on top of your garment. The twill will then be sewn onto the garment. This technique gives the image vibrant colors, depth and texture. Tackle twill is an excellent option for the team or organization that is looking for a truly classic look, as tackle twill has been used for generations by professional teams. Tackle twill is also a great option for teams that love the look of embroidery but need a larger than 4” image. The twill fabric comes in a wide variety of colors that match other products offered by Boombah. We are unable to create tackle twill images that are larger than 12” wide by 12” tall.

CRYSTALINA DISCHARGE

Normal inks add a layer of color on top of a garment, but discharge ink bleaches the design directly into the fabric. Discharge prints never crack and are much softer to the touch than standard screenprinting ink.

Popular with team jerseys, a heavy deposit print has well-defined edges and sits high off the surface of the garment.

1. A Designer will contact you for a logo consultation. 2. Your Contact will receive 1 Logo Creation & 2 Revisions for approval via email. (Each additional revision $25). 3. Upon approval of your logo, production will then begin. 4. Important! In order to ensure a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction with our logo designs, customers are required to send us a confirmation e-mail approving the logo design. Phone approvals alone are not acceptable and we will not proceed with the production process until written approval has been received.

Production 1. Upon approval of artwork: A.) NO changes can be made to your order; B.) You should receive your order within the current lead times specified. 2. Once this stage has been started, NO revisions can be made to your order. 3. Team information will be kept on file for future use.

Shipping

ORDERING PROCESS

Color Policy

Boombah is committed to providing the best quality items in the most colors to our customers. Our custom-ized garments are no exception.

We have taken great care in producing a color palette which matches, as closely as possible, the colors in our pant fabric. These are called “Boombah Standard colors.” When these colors are printed as part of a gradient, they will sometimes not match as closely as a solid color. When our art department sends you a mock up please note that because of variations in display and/or printer settings it is impossible for us be sure we are displaying an exact match. The color in your garment may or may not resemble the color on your screen or print out. Colors used in mock ups are for display purpose only.

Boombah Standard Colors are referred to by name at the time of order and confirmed when the mock up is confirmed. Unfortunately customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mock up was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. Please contact customer service if you believe that a named color was used in error. At Boombah our policy is to provide the best color matching possible to our customers.

Design Content Standards

Boombah’s design team prides itself on the ability to deliver quality custom artwork designed to your team’s unique taste. However, because the Boombah name and reputation are attached to every design we cre-ate or print, we have set certain standards for content. Boombah reserves the right to refuse to produce artwork on the basis of content. The following are some of the categories of content which may cause such a refusal:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content • Offensive language, symbols or gestures • Racist or anti-religious content or themes • The inclusion of copyrighted images

If your logo is rejected either by design or by customer service, you will be given an opportunity to alter your design’s content so that it can be produced. Though we will make every effort to inform you that we must reject such items as early in the process as possible, please note that these changes may increase the de-sign time.

If you are providing a file to us and think some of the content may not pass, please bring this up with cus-tomer service at the time of order. This will prevent time wasted.

ORDERING PROCESS

Sublimation press marks

When ordering sublimation, please keep in mind:In sublimation pressure is a key part of the printing process. We print an image with special dyes onto a coated piece of paper. We then lay the paper on your garment and press the paper to the fabric using very high heat and pressure. After a certain amount of time, the pressure is released, the paper is pulled away, and the image is dyed into the shirt. Without using pressure, the image would not be dyed into the shirt. Because of this, the heat press and paper will leave “press marks” around the logo and numbers on the shirt. Certain fabrics will have more defined press marks than others, and a white shirt will have less noticeable press marks than a gray shirt. The press marks are completely colorless, and go unnoticed by most people. The marks should also soften over time after repeated washes. There is no way for any store that does in house sublimation print-ing to eliminate press marks entirely.

Boombah knows from time to time your team may need additional uniforms. To make the ordering process easier the second time around, you may order “fill ins” for any order that has already been completed. To place a fill-in order, you may contact customer service. Please have your previous order number ready when calling. Any fill-in order of less than six shirts will incur a $10.00 convenience charge.

Customization Orders

Please note that once your order has been placed, any changes to the order will incur a $25 processing fee. Also, depending on the stage of your order, we might not be able to make the requested change.

PRIVACY POLICY: We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. If you choose to keep your credit card on file, please know that the card number is encrypted.GENERAL: Please verify that your account email address is current and valid. RETURNS: All items carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below. Providing the item shows no signs of abuse, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion Closeout items are provided as-is with no warranty. All Bat sales are provided as-is with no warranty. The Beast Bat Bag is warranted for 90 days. Any type of custom items/custom inseams, etc., cannot be returned. Returned items must be in new condition including the original packaging. For instance, if you ship shoes back to us in the shoe box and it is sealed with packing tape, it is no longer in new condition. Please return the items in the same manner they were shipped to you. Customized garments can not be returned. This includes hemmed pants and special order items. For closeout items, all sales are final! The only exception to this is if you need to exchange for a size reason, we will allow this provided the item is in new condition. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. All returns require a return authorization number. Please call 815-941-1431 during normal busi-ness hours for an RA number. Defective items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense before a replacement will be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. When returning a non-defective item for cash refund, only the item cost is refunded, not the shipping costs. Items dam-aged by a 3rd party are not warranted. Returns for cash exchange are subject to a 10% restocking fee. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Personal checks cannot be accepted. Please use money orders, certified or cashier checks, PayPal, or credit cards for payment. RETAIL STORE: Walk-ins are Welcome in our retail store. SHIPPING: The day of shipment does not count as a shipping day. For instance, if you are in a one day shipping zone, you should get your package the NEXT day. We cannot be held responsible for shipping de-lays due to acts of God. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 7 days after receiving your order can not be honored. Canadian orders will be charged duties, fees, taxes and brokerage fees upon delivery. Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select And Expedited Shipping will ship same day if ordered before 12pm Central Standard Time. Saturday delivery is not available and we only process shipments Monday through Friday. Next day service placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. Custom orders will ship via your chosen shipping method when the customization process is complete. If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, this DOES NOT speed up the customization process. The order will be queued for customization just like all the other customized orders. We only ship via UPS for Canadian and United States Ships. We will Ship to APO Military Address, but you must call in your order. We DO NOT guarantee any post office shipped orders.
