Eight Day Certification Program for Senior Duty/Watch OfficersThis eight day advanced certification program prepares an individual to manage incidents and emergency management personnel. It covers critical thinking, incident management, incident analysis, continuity of operations, and senior level briefings and reporting.

Ten Day Certification Program for Duty/Watch OfficersThe 10 day program prepares an individual to work in any security environment. It covers critical thinking, incident management, the National Response Framework and associated publications, incident analysis, and operation center/emergency operation center procedures.

Senior Official Orientation This one day orientation program provides a founda-tion for the senior official to understand emergency management and operate in the emergency environ-ment. This orientation introduces the senior official to Emergency Management for Senior Officials, the National Incident Management System, (NIMS), The National Response Framework (NRF), The Multi-Agency Coordination (MAC) Group, and the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF).
