The objectives of EMINENCE Partnership :•to develop abroad the qualifications of most motivated and talented students and staff and give them international experience , increasing this way their employability at labour market;•to promote mobility of Eastern Partnership countries’ students from vulnerable groups in order to obtain qualifications and experience in the EU partner universities; •to contribute towards the development of human resources and the international co-operation capacity of higher education institutions in Eastern neighbouring countries through individual mobility, which should not bring only individual benefits but also effect home university and society as a whole;•to enhance visibility of EU higher education in Eastern neighbouring countries in general and to facilitate integration into the European Higher Education Area and Bologna process of involved HEIs in this region in particular ;•to create and strengthen lasting links and collaborations between participating HEIs from EU and Eastern neighbouring countries’ that will result in actions and activities after the funding period;•to contribute to the mutual enrichment of both EU and Eastern neighbouring countries’ societies by exchange of people, culture, knowledge and ideas.

-help to coordinator on a regular mobility management and in strategic decision-making-law and financial issues (candidates’ and grantees’ rights and obligations, including solving legal problems in case of expulsion and other problematic legally issues),- visas to/from Belarus (mobility with this country may cause special problems)- remote communication of partners (familiarising EaP partners with on-line communicator, video conferences software)- inclusion of woman candidates (encouragement for and gender equality in selection)- promotion of the project in third countries, other than EaP (our C&V strategy covers visibility in EU, EaP and beyond)

- organisation of VISIBILITY AND QA STRATEGY PROJECT MEETING in Poznań- setting up project QA policy, mechanisms, benchmarks and indicators of quality,- elaboration of questionnaires and reports’ templates for interim and final project assessment and assessments of grantees by their academic supervisors,- cooperation with external evaluator of the project (cross, peer review by another Lot 5 staff and evaluation by independent agency).

- agreeing details of Communication and Visibility strategy,- agreeing details for the plan for dissemination and exploitation of project's results,-participation in events ( fairs, conferences) for media, ministries, NGOs, promoting, together with our project’s outcomes, also the whole programme and the outcomes of all lot 5 consortia,- design of promotional and informative leaflets.

- ensuring the transparency and fairness of the application and selection process,- validation of original documents,- resolving possible appeals from rejected candidates,- in case of resignations contacting candidates from reserve lists.

Target Group 3- definitionTarget Group 3- definitionA national of Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia or Azerbaijan who is in particularly vulnerable situation, for social and political reasons:•applicant having a refugee status (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries);•applicant being asylum beneficiary (international or according to the national legislation of one of the European recipient countries);applicant who can prove that s/he has been the object of unjustified expulsion from university on racial, ethnic, religious, political, gender or sexual inclination;applicant belonging to an indigenous population targeted by a specific national policy or IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons);

ANDAND applicant must have :

- secondary school certificate entitling to start university studies in Europe (full BA) or

- BA or equivalent diploma entitling to start university studies at Master level in Europe (full MA) or

- MA or equivalent diploma entitling to start doctoral studies in Europe (full PhD) or must be enrolled at PhD studies at home and apply for continuation of his/her PhD studies at EU university (PhD 36 C)
