• Inline, with disposable sensor airway adapter. Single Patient Use.

Battery Change

• Cover Unlock.

On / Off

• Press on/off button.

• Insert airway adapter.

• Powers off automatically.o 15 sec after airway adapter disconnect.o In apnoea situation, 2 mins after apnoea alarm

cancelled, if no breath detected.

Alarms

• Battery low – blinks with 30 mins life left.

• No breath – blinking BPM display and 3 beeps every ~30 sec.

o Default low RR = 3bpm.

• ET CO2 limits exceeded – CO2 display blinking display and single beep.

o Default: Hi = 50mmHg, Lo = 0mmHg.

USE

• Backup capnometer for the LP15 monitor in pre-hospital RSI.

• Backup capnometer for the Propaq in transport and In Hospital intubations.

• Spontaneously breathing patients with LMA, following failed intubation etc.

• The LP15 and Propaq remain our primary monitors.

Fingertip Pulse Oximeter

• Standard absorbance pulse oximetry @ 660/940 nm.

• Displays HR, Sats, plethysmograph wave or bar.

• Low power indicator on main screen when < 30 min Battery life.

Use

• On button.

• Repeated pushes scrolls thru different orientations, and pleth waveforms / bar graph.

• Auto off after 15 sec of no signal.
