Instructions:

1. Preparecrust#1andrefrigerate.Meltbutterinaskillet.Sautéshallotsandgarlicthen

add mushrooms. Cover and cook until mushrooms darken and shallots are soft.Remove mushrooms and set aside. Deglaze the pan with one cup beef broth andburgundywine.Boilandcookuntilreducedby1/3.
