Within this context, further investment over the next 12 months will aim to improve leadership (19%), employee brand reputation (10%) and employee value proposition development (9%). Training needs analysis (43%) and digitised document management (48%) were highlighted as the next growth areas for outsourced services.

Contact centre training (96%) ranks highest in terms of demand among respondents, as is the need for enhanced customer experience and service training and accreditations. Foundational programmes at management level (95%) is another service in high demand as organizations seek to support growth.
