EMS Medical Team PCR System EMS MEDIC

EMS Medical staff can record all relevant and required information

directly from their mobile phones. EMS MEDIC

works on IOS and Android phones.

The EMS MEDIC app will automatically update all records on the medical support interface, other team member screens and the EMS

controllers screen based on the data you add here – also dependant on permission some

outside agencies will have permission to view the EMS Dashboard from remote locations

If a Medic uses the MEDIC APP the data they enter will also update on ALL screens. The MEDIC will need to save data each time you make an entry. If you are not in a WIFI, gps or internet area the app will currently not save the entry - phase two of the APP will upload the data the next time a connection is available without any data loss. All necessary forms are available – you can request uniforms, create a medical referral – print data . Our protocols, pharmacology and EMS field guide are available directly through the app – the server checks each time ithe APP is opened to ensure you have the most up to date version.

EMS MEDIC APP SUMMARY

The MEDIC app allows EMS teams to locate the person requesting assistance and

the event medical centre with the click of a button, shows

the route to the person and to the medical centre.

The app also advises the Medical Teams of any requests for assistance immediately on their phone (the phone will vibrate

and beep to notify the team) There is also a SOS function offering teams direct access to triple

zero (000) emergency services or EMS Control Room contact directly through the app in an

Emergency

Option for EMS Medical Teams to also chat with EMS Control, EMS Medical Support in case teams wish to provide

any other details of their incident or request further

assistance.

The app allows EMS Medical Teams to request further

assistance (teams, equipment ambulance etc) in an emergency with a single

click (and use either live chat or phone-call options for

direct communication with the ems control team

The EMS MEDIC app provides updated information to the EMS Medical Teams in real time including the ability

to communicate with the person requesting assistance

until EMS arrive on scene. Also permits EMS teams to

see where other EMS medics are in and around the event

and communicate directly with them.

Set Up your EMS Profile

All data is protected by encryption and only viewable byEMS Medical Team Member

This section of EMS MEDIC will serve as your ID - It will contain your Name, Email & Contact Number - It will also show your ID Photo and your Certificate to Practice - you will only need to set this up once.

You can upload your ID Photo & your CTP (these will need to be JPG files)

then Save
