Tips for the Encampment: How to Succeed
Tip #6: Remember your Chain of Command.
e chain of command helps everything run
oothly at every encampment. The chain of
mmand allows information to filter through the
ks. For example, the flight sergeant may deal
h tactical problems, such as uniform questions
a simple drill fix. If the flight sergeant has a
blem he cant fix, he would send it up the chain
command. As in flights, it is crucial to
derstand your chain of command. Never skip the
in of command. Instead of asking the Cadet
mmander what a left face is, ask your flight
geant.
