Work as a nurse in Norway? In partnership with Eures Spain, Norwegian staffing agency Adecco Helse is working to recruit more than 100 registered nurses from Spain to work in Norway. We are looking for nurses who want to work in Norway for at least 6 weeks at a time. Adecco will cover travel expenses between Norway and main cities in Spain for 6 round trips per year. Adecco Helse is one of the largest suppliers of temporary staff to Norwegian nursing homes and hospitals all over the country. We offer:

• Free web-based Norwegian language course and exam level B1 • Free housing at the working site in Norway • Salary:

o Minimum salary per hour; ( 1 EUR = NOK 8) Daytime: NOK 192,- ( EUR 24 ) Evening: NOK 248,- ( EUR 31 ) Night: NOK 248,- ( EUR 31 ) Additional salary for Saturday and Sunday work: NOK 50,- (EUR 6) Overtime 50% and 100%

o A nurse working a full year in Norway in a 3 shift rotation, total 1846 working hours, will earn approximately EUR 55.000,-

o Adecco guarantee at least 1850 hours of work the first 24 months after first assignment, but you may be able to work 3700 hours the first 24 months.

• Spanish nurses will have dedicated HR consultants from Adecco Helse as their personal contact in Norway.

Requirements for applicants:

• Minimum 2 years working experience as a nurse • Must be qualified to get a Norwegian authorization as registered nurse (Spanish Bachelor’s degree in

nursing) • English level, enough to communicate in the selection process and further. • Must pass language test level B1 in Norwegian

Additional requirements to attend language course: In order to be applicable for Adecco Helse’s language course, you must be willing to work for us a minimum 1850 hours in Norway during the first 24 months.
