COL (Ret.) William Clark Discusses Regionalismat March 27 MAC Breakfast

The March Military Affairs breakfast featured COL (Ret) Bill Clark, Executive Director of the Flint Hills Regional Council as the keynote

speaker. Bill made the case for the Regional Council and for regionalism as a means to address and solve problems that crossed political

boundaries. Bill demonstrated clearly that we are communities whose needs and activities bring us in contact with multiple areas of the region in

our work and play activities. Attending the breakfast were former members of the 1st Infantry Division Artillery who were holding their

annual reunion at the Marriott.
