Project overview (1)
Objective 1 – Employer Engagement To develop, promote and cascade an
Employer Mentor Training package to standardise, professionalise and enhance the ability of employers to fully and effectively support their Apprentices.
Project overview (2)
The network currently collaborates on a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Guide to Apprenticeships for learners. We need to refocus this towards employers. In terms of accessibility and sustainability to move from a printed to online format to enable instantaneous updates and reduced costs of distribution.
Project overview (3)
Members will develop their whole workforce to be able to engage employers with Apprenticeships by offering 2 x 2 day programmes (32 staff) of Consultative Sales Skills training days for ‘non sales’ staff to break down the barriers and boost confidence for all staff to effectively sell to employers.
