Miltech Hellas is a Hellenic company, established in 1997 in order to cover the needs for small-medium size industries in the defence sector.

Miltech R&D department has developed a number of defence products which include aircraft displays, thermal imaging devices, tactical communication equipment, static converters and electronic fuzes.

FACILITIESThe manufacturing facility is located 20 km east of Athens in the industrial area of Koropi-Peania,near the international airport of Athens. It is housed in a 10.000m2 modern building with state of the art production and testing equipment.

Harness Health Monitoring TesterThe HHMT has the ability to detect the location of any fault existing in the wire, using advanced technologies in the areas of TDR and signal processing.

HDD-55L Head Down Display for Mirage 2000 � ghterMiltech Hellas has developed an upgrade for the existing 5’’x5’’ Head Down Display (HDD) of the Mirage 2000 EGM/BGM, for the Hellenic Air Force.

The new HDD utilizes the latest Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCD) technology and it is a drop � t replacement of the existing CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) units, which experience obsolescence issues and high maintenance costs.

No further modi� cations are required to either the Mirage 2000 aircraft or the associated aircraft systems.The AMLCD HDD is designed to operate and survive in the harsh military aircraft environment and ensures that the pilot has access to all the critical display information under all light conditions.

PCB production line uses SMD technology for manufacturing high demanding PCB assemblies. The line is quali� ed to produce high accuracy aircraft, missile and space electronic systems.

Aero structure assembly production line manufactures structural elements for civilian and military aircrafts.The Robotic system is programmed for jet engine blade grinding, milling and deburring.

ELECTRICAL HARNESSESThe electrical harnesses manufacturing facility utilises the most modern equipment for demanding electrical harnesses, including military aircrafts, helicopters, missile systems, army vehicles and warships. The facility includes special Assembly Boards, Textile and Wire Over braiding, Laser cutting and printing machines as well as Automated Electrical Testers.

Simulation DepartmentMiltech Hellas CAX department provides services for computer assisted exercises and Modelling & Simulation, offering optimum and � rst class support, with highly trained ex-military personnel who has operational experience in all theaters of simulation.

We focus on Constructive Simulation, which is the most complete and secure

way to simulate complex systems and immerse the training audience by creating entity based scenarios, like military operations (Air, Naval and Land forces) and civil protection from terrorist activities, disaster evacuation, earthquakes, cyber defense etc.

Our team consists of quali� ed CAX operators, certi� ed by the Modelling and Simulation Centre of Excellence, M&S CoE, prepared to provide hands on experience and an array of unique services in database preparation and CAX execution worldwide, within a short time of notice and preparation.
