Welcome to the Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion,
located at 648 N. 7th Street, Silt, Colorado. This venue is an hour from Vail, Colorado on Interstate-70 and a little over an hour from Aspen, Colorado via Highway 82 & Interstate-70. The Town of Silt is a community of over 3,000 people who enjoy concerts and entertainment & look forward to the ‘Party at the Pavilion’ each year!
HISTORY:
The Town of Silt built the Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion in 2011, to the north of the Stoney Ridge Recreational Ball Field. The outfield is used as the seating area, where patrons bring a chair or blanket (no fixed seating). The majority of concerts are general admission, but the Town may host concerts with VIP seating in the future. A four (4) foot chain link fence separates the front of the stage from the audience. This separation has proven valuable in terms of security and overall sound/lighting operation.
In addition to local talent, the Town has hosted the following entertainers: Highway 101, The Black Pacific, the Molina Orchestra, Johnny O, Little Texas, Ralph Dinosaur, The Missing Link Band, SWERVE, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, the Gerry Goodman Band, the Kory Brunson Band, “1987: A Tribute to ‘80’s Hair Rock”, 5280 The Grind (AC/DC Tribute), KISS-M (KISS Tribute) and Old River Road.

STAGE SPECIFICATIONS:
The Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion is a forty (40) foot wide by twenty-six (26) foot deep concrete concert stage, with a permanent roof constructed of wooden beams and trusses. It was designed to structurally support a professional sound/light system. The stage is open on the west, east and south sides, but has rain tarps on both the east and west sides in the event of inclement weather. A four (4) foot wide enclosed passageway is at the rear of the stage to assist with entertainer preparation and to limit disruptions during the entertainment event.
GREEN ROOM:
The Town has a professional green room, a permanent structure that has a dressing area, bathroom and a reception area for food and drink. This green room is located to the east of the stage, with a refrigerator and air conditioning.

ELECTRICITY:
The Stoney Ridge Pavilion has ample power for a professional concert event. In 2014, the Town installed 2- 200 amp circuits at the stage, with 50 amps through a conduit to the middle of the outfield. Sound/lighting companies plug in at the stage and at the terminus of the conduit in the middle of the ball field (sound tent).
4 vendor plug-ins are on the right field fence, and the Town provides a spider box with 110 and 220 Volt outlets for those in need. The Town also provides numerous plug-ins for vendor trailers.
HOSPITALITY:
If contracted, the Town of Silt provides “a la carte” items or catered meals in the green room. The Town utilizes the Holiday Inn Express, located just south and east of the Town I-70 Interchange, for both meals and hotel accommodations. The Holiday Inn Express has a work-out facility, swimming pool, hot tub, business office

connections (telephone, computer, Wi-Fi, printer and fax), small snack bar, continental breakfast with hot food, and a fabulous view of the Colorado River. Many of the rooms have views/decks facing the Colorado River, and there is a main patio off the breakfast room for guests to enjoy. If contracted, the Town will reserve rooms and will provide entertainers with room numbers prior to event.
VENDORS:
With the exception of the BBQ Cook-Off, vendors are encouraged and welcomed at the concert events. The Town leases 10’ x 10’ spaces adjacent to the back stop. If contracted, entertainment merchandise vending areas will be provided at no cost and in a location that is desirable to entertainer.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING:
From Denver, travel west 168 miles to Mile Marker 97 and turn right (north) to the 9th Street and Main Street

roundabout. Take the roundabout’s west leg and travel west two (2) blocks. Turn right and go north on 7th Street, past Orchard Avenue. Turn right at the Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion.
From Grand Junction, travel east 65 miles to Mile Marker 97 and turn left (north) to the 9th Street and Main Street roundabout. Take the roundabout’s west leg and travel west two (2) blocks. Turn right and go north on 7th Street, past Orchard Avenue. Turn right at the Silt Stoney Ridge Pavilion.
Vendor parking is not allowed in the parking lot immediately adjacent and west of the field during the event. Vendors must park to the south of the ball field in the general admission parking area (off Orchard Avenue). Vendor loading/unloading may occur at the southern ball field gate up to ½ hour before the “gate open” time.
Sound/Lighting parking is available in the parking lot immediately adjacent and west of the field, from set-up to wrap-up and may unload adjacent to the stage. All Sound/Lighting vehicles must be removed from the loading/unloading areas prior to sound check.

Entertainer vehicles will have priority along the northern hill, with headliner having prime parking directly to the east of the stage at all times. Please do not block other vehicles and please move your vehicles if a Town official requests.
VIP PASSES:
The Town will issue VIP passes at sound check for entertainers and sound/lighting personnel and during the set-up time for vendors. Those not possessing a VIP pass will have difficulty getting into the venue later, unless you are extremely recognizable (famous!).
FINAL PAYMENT:
The Town will normally issue final payment to entertainers prior to performance or at such time as stipulated in contract. The Town will issue a Town check, and will not issue cash or certified funds unless contracted.

LICENSED PREMISES – LIQUOR:
The Town licenses the green room and the area immediately adjacent to the stage for alcohol consumption. Please do not take open-container alcoholic beverages into the parking lot.
