40 academic hours (4 hours per day) per group

Tested 3 teaching methods in the pilot courses: Role-plays basing on psychodrama (Estonia) during “Personnel
management – the employer’s and employee’s rights” by Jūratė
Hidden cards (Germany) during „A good start – half of the work. How to prepare a business plan?“ by Marius
Poster-presentation (Germany) during „How to advertise for free“ by Vaida
1 “Personnel management – the employers and employees rights” by Jūratė
Method: Role-plays basing on psychodrama
1-st group - employer 2-nd group – employee Situations when employees or
employers rights are violated, trying to find who is fault and make appropriate solutions.
Result: Situation which is “uncomfortable” or unusual to participants encourage them to look for various solutions of the problem.
2 “A good start – half of the work. How to prepare a business plan?” by Marius
Method: Hidden Cards
Some small groups
Brainstorming before learning: Describing given phrases about business plan on a file card.
Result: New learning content.
3 “How to advertise for free” by Vaida
Method: Poster-presentation Some small groups After learning: creating an
advertisement using posters, promoting creativity and the absorption of knowledge.
Result: Creating a good relationship in groups by completing a task.
Results after trying new training methods
Chosen methods were appropriate for our course.
Learners were happy and interested in trying something new in courses.
It was NOT difficult to adopt the methods to the courses.
Learners evaluations about the courses were very good.
All methods could help to reflect experience of each learner gained before.
