“Sadot” elementary school in Israel was, until recently, a growing school,
that chose the uniqueness of innovative entrepreneurship.
Talmor Clos, the school’s principal, and the teachers, led 17
entrepreneurship groups made up of all school students between 1st and
6th grade through a process of innovation, entrepreneurial thinking,
learning how to identify and locate need, come up with ideas for
solutions, and develop real ventures that meet those needs.

And the end of the 2016 school year the school held an
entrepreneurship product market, during which the ventures, which are
summarized in this slideshow, were exhibited, and products that were
developed by students during the year were sold. All profits went
towards the school’s needs and to develop future ventures.
It is worth noting the participation of teachers and parents to help
students in realizing projects

How they achieved the goal:
An information campaign among school students, to think 30 seconds before they
post anything online, so they do not hurt others.
Creating “noise” in order to raise awareness about cyber-bullying, through graffiti on a
building in the town, and through stickers given out to drivers.
The students also developed, with the help of one parent’s friend, a browser
extension, “You Turn”, where anyone can input hurtful words, and when they go to a
page with those words, they will be redirected to a page made by the students, which

The children had two stands. In the first, interested students signed up to help others,
and in the second, interested students signed up to receive help.
Help is offered for social, educational, and extra-curricular activities.
The entrepreneurs passed out fliers to all students.
They also passed out stickers that were
put on shirts.
The students who signed up to
help others get the stickers, and so
spread the idea around and encouraged
students to help others.

The students came to the conclusion that they want to learn outside of the classroom.
Therefore, they tried to hold outside lessons to test the effectiveness of learning in
different environments, and found that learning is much more enjoyable.
Therefore, they made a song, and a video, whose purpose was to convince the school
faculty to leave the
classroom during lessons.
