no clearance from the Standing

Committee of the National Board for

Wildlife (NBWL) is required.

iii. The C.R.Z Notification, 1991

The CRZ Notification has been revised as

of 2011. The lease does not fall in the

Coastal Regulation Zone as per this

notification because:

a) The mine is located at a distance greater

than the High Tide Line (HTL), i.e.500m on

the landward side along the sea front. (As

per preliminary estimates, the mine is

located at distance ranges from~ 5.4 km to

5.8km from the edge of the coastline).

b) There is no tidally influenced water body

within 100 m of the mine. (As per

preliminary estimates the nearest possibly

tidally influenced water body is ~ 5.4 km in

NW & Rani River is at a distance ranges

from 3 km to 3.3km in West direction from

the mine site).

c) There is no hazard line demarcation done

by the Survey of India (SoI) in the area as

on date, but considering the distance of

the mine from the coast / HTL, it is unlikely

that the Hazard Line would be in the

vicinity of the mine

The mine does not lie in the inter-tidal

zone of the sea or the tidally influenced

water body.

locations and will be analyzed for the parameters such

as grain size, pH, salinity, electrical conductivity,

organic carbon, NPK, TDS, Na, Mg, Ca, Cl-, F- etc.

5 Noise Levels Noise monitoring will be carried by using Integrated

noise meter on hourly observations for 24 hours at

different locations.

The observed data will be compiled and statistical

analysis will be done for Lday, Lnight and Ldn.

6 Land use Land use as per the district census handbooks will be

analysed to identify the present land use within the 10-

km radius area. Various land use classifications will be

computed. Also the satellite imagery will be used to

assess the landuse pattern of the study area.

Accordingly a landuse map will be prepared.

The study will be carried out through field visits and

secondary sources of information.

endangered species, crops and historically/archaeologically important

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

The proposed project will have an impact on the environment. The parameters likely

to be affected are air quality, water quality, soil quality and noise levels etc on

account of gaseous emissions, liquid effluent discharges, resultant particulates,

generation of solid wastes etc will be discussed.

The baseline data generated from the above studies will be analyzed and compared

with applicable standards prescribed by the CPCB. By this means, the impact

whether positive or negative will be assessed and the environmental attributes

requiring special attention for mitigating the negative impact, if any, will be identified.

Also the areas, which fulfil the prescribed environmental norms and not requiring

further improvements, will be specified. Both short-term and long term impacts

particularly on sensitive targets such as habitat of endangered species of wildlife or

mines, crops, historically/culturally important sites/monuments, centres with

concentrated population in the study area will be established.

The impacts of project on various components of environment and the possible

mitigation measures for mitigating the negative impacts are described in the

following sections.

Impact on Land Use

Impact Assessment

The land use impacts due to proposed mining activity will be identified in terms of

local land use planning efforts. The change in land use pattern of project site will also

be identified. This includes visual impact, impact on forest and impact due to socio-

economic factors.

Mitigation Measures

The mitigation measures will be addressed towards restoration of land disturbed by

the proposed project activities to the extent possible.

Impact on Ambient air Quality

Impact Assessment

Source inventory will be carried in the study area. A computer based internationally

recognized mathematical air quality model will be used to predict the concentration

of SO2, NOx & PM due to proposed project. The results will be presented for short-

term (24-hourly) concentrations in and around the project site.

Mitigation Measures

Potential mitigation measures include the control measures at the source level. The

measures to control the fugitive dust emissions will also be suggested according to

guidelines of CPCB.

Impact on Noise

Impact Assessment

Sources of noise and its impact on the environment will be addressed. The noise

level at varying distances for multi-sources will be predicted using Noise model. A

comparison of measured noise (Leq) at monitoring locations to that of predicted

noise levels (Leq) will be made and mitigation measures will be recommended to

conform to regulatory ambient air noise standards.

Baseline noise levels in different zones like industrial, residential and silence areas

like hospitals, schools etc will be monitored. The potential noise level exposure will

be determined and evaluate for acceptable limits of exposure.

Mitigation Measures

The potential mitigation measures will be addressed to reduce noise levels by control

at source, isolation of high noise generating sources, use of protective measures

especially in high noise areas and development of greenbelt.

Impact on Ecology

Impacts on aquatic species especially during dry season will be assessed

particularly those which are endangered, if any. The parameters, which are of

concern, are TSS, TDS, heavy metals, oil and grease, pH and temperature. The

assessment will also include impacts of chlorinated organic chemicals. The impact of

site preparation activities involving site clearing, excavation, earth moving,

dewatering or impounding water bodies and developing burrow and fill areas will be

assessed. Recommendations will be made to mitigate such adverse impacts as soil

erosion and habitat loss. In addition, impact of fugitive dust emissions will be

assessed on the surrounding species of economic/genetic/biological importance.

1.1 Introduction1.1.1 The Project ProponentM/s. Orient Abrasives Limited (OAL) is a Public Limited Company, incorporated under CompaniesAct, 1956, having its registered office at 1307, Chiranjiv Tower, 43 Nehru Place, New Delhi,India-110019.

OAL was established as a venture of manufacture calcined and fused alumina products in 1974,in technical collaboration with Karborandum, Bentuerky, Czechoslovakia, by the Rajgarhia Groupof Industries. It is a multi-divisional company, having a head office at New Delhi, manufacturingfacilities at Porbandar (Gujarat) and Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) and distinction of being ISO-9001(Quality Management System – QMS) certified. The Company offers a wide range of refractoryand monolithic products for the iron and steel industry and enjoys a large domestic andinternational clientele. An in-house R&D facility supports the division’s product developmentinitiatives.

1.1.2 The Project BackgroundThe Bauxite Mine of M/s. Orient Abrasives Limited is a Cluster of leases and it consists of 3Mining leases/Blocks, namely, Varada-III, RathadiandOBM-III. These leases were granted byGovernment of Gujarat, Varada-III is granted vided letter no. MCR-1577/(O-17)-2699-CHHdated08.09.1978,Rathadiis granted vide letter no. MCR-1580 (O-48) 8154/CHH dated 20.01.1981 andOBM-III is granted vide MCR-1575 (O-09) – 6707 CHH dated 20.09.1978. All three leases weregranted for the period of 20 years and Company has applied for renewal to the State Governmenton 29.04.1998, 05.06.2000 and on 13.11.1997 respectively.Lease renewal application is underconsideration at State Government of Gujarat and office of the Commissioner of Geology andMining, Government of Gujarat, issued circular in 2011 that Lease renewal application are validunder deemed extension as per rule 24(A)(6) of MCR-1960. Further, under Rule 24B of MCR1960, every person holding Mining Lease for Mineral used in his own industry shall be entitled forrenewal of Mining Lease. As per new Mining ordinance 2015, these mining leases arerenewed upto 2030.

Varada-III Mining Lease:The Mining Plan was approved by Indian Bureau of Mines, Udaipur vide letter no.682(23)364/2004MCCM(N)UDP Dated 24.01.2005.The Mining Scheme was approved by theIndian Bureau of Mines, Udaipur vide their letter no. 682(23)(MS)-564/2010 MCCM (N) UDPdated 11.02.2011 and the present Mining Scheme was approved by the Indian Bureau of Mines,Udaipur, Government of India, vide their letter no. 682(23)(MS-564)/2010 MCCM (N) UDP dated16.06.2014.

RathadiMining Lease:The Mining Plan was approved by Indian Bureau of Mines, Udaipur, Government ofIndia,videletter no. 682(23)(759)/2011 MCCM(N) UDP Dated 01.11.2011.

OBM-III Mining Lease:The Mining Plan was approved by the Indian Bureau of Mines, Udaipur vide their letter no.682(23)(314)/2004 MCCM (N) UDP dated 01.06.2004. The Mining Scheme was approved byIndian Bureau of Mines, Udaipur vide letter no. 682(23)(MS-546)/2009 MCCM(N) UDP Dated23.02.2011. In this mine the nature of deposit is bedded, mineral bauxite is present in form of bed, which isoverlain by a thin cover of Soil, The proposed project entails open cast semi mechanized miningin the mining lease of Varada-III, Rathadiand OBM-III. As the mining lease was already workedout therefore on the basis of geological data gathered from the working pits, trial pits, orereserve were estimated.

1.1.4 Demand-Supply GapThis is an existing captive mine for supply of high grade material to Orient Abrasive Limited’sPlant located at Porbandar. The plant is under expansion, the Supply and Demand gap is 40%,and the project clearance will further reduce the Demand & Supply gap. Hence demand supplyissues whilst important, are considered in the current situation.

1.1.5 Imports v/s Indigenous ProductionThis is an existing mine for the supply of high grade material to OAL’s plant located at Porbandarand OAL has not imported high grade material yet.

1.1.6 Export PossibilityHigh grade bauxite from the mine will be used in OAL’s manufacturing unit and Value Additionindustry at Porbandar, while low grade will be sold to local consumers only after gettingpermission from Government of Gujarat.

1.1.7 Domestic / Export MarketsHigh grade bauxite from the mine will be used in OAL’s manufacturing unit at Porbandar, whilelow grade will be sold to local consumers only after getting permission from Government ofGujarat.

IndirectFew people would be engaged in providing support services to the mining operation includingtransportation of ROM, supply of Drinking water, water tanker for Dust suppression etc. Thenumber of such persons is likely to be in the order of ~ 20-30 for each lease area.

Bauxite produced from mine will be processed in OAL plant at Porbandar and final product willbe sold to customers for use or further processing. This will generate additional economicdemand that could translate into additional employment.

This Bauxite Mine is approachableby road passing through village Ran which is located about 1km north of the tar road connectingvillage limbdi with Dwarka.Limbdi is located on the DevbhoomiDwarka-Okha state highway no. 25and is about 35 km from Khambhalia.The nearest railway station is Bhatia, which is located onOkha- DevbhoomiDwarka- Rajkot-Viramgaon broad guage section of western railway. 1.2.4 Project Description with Process Details

The present project aims enhancement of production capacity to 75885 TPA ROM of bauxite(above Table 1.4) at this Bauxite Mine with lease admeasuring 11.12Ha at survey no.139/P &143in village Mewasa, TalukaKalyanpur, District Devbhoomi Dwarka of Gujarat state in order toprovide bauxite to Value Addition Plant of OAL at Porbandar.

Salient Features of Mode of WorkingAs per IBM approved mining plan, mining work will be carried out by semi mechanized open castmethod using excavator, rock breaker and Tippers.

Varada-III Mining Lease:Year wise Production for the ensuring fiveyears Period:-In the Proposed Mining Scheme, the mining will be carried out from southern & northern part ofthe lease area adopting semi mechanized open cast method with the use of JCB and tipper.Thebauxite will be excavated by forming one bench of 3.8 M height and10 m of width.The slope ofthe bench will be 70° from vertical.Soil will be scraped first and limestone will be excavated byforming one bench. The mining will be done by semi mechanized open cast method with use ofdrilling and blasting. Waste will be backfilled during mining scheme period. The statutory barrierof 7.5m from the lease boundary will be maintained and backfilling will be done.

First Year (2014-15):-

During first year, mining will be carried out at southern part of the lease area at pit floor of pitno.1 and the orientations of face will east-west. The Bauxite having an average thickness of 2 mat pit floor will be excavated by forming one bench of 2 m and width of benches will be 10m.

Second Year (2015-16):-

In second year, mining will be from the face formed at the end of first yearand will be advancednortherly at pit floor of pit no.1 as shown in year wise plan & section. The bauxite present withaverage thickness of 2 m will excavated by forming one bench. The orientations of face will east-west.

In Third year, mining will be from the face formed at the end of second year and will beadvanced northerly at pit floor as shown in year wise plan and section plate no. VI. During thirdyear mining will be done for mineral bauxite at pit floor of pit no. 1 with average thickness of 2m. bauxite will be removed by forming one bench of 2 m height.

Fourth Year (2017-18)

In the fourth year mining the strip will be as shown in year wise development plan & section. Themining will be carried out in fresh area and the face formed at the end of third year will beadvanced northerly. Bauxite will be excavated by forming one bench of 3.8 m in height and widthof benches will be 10m. Soil will be scraped first and limestone will be also excavated by formingseparate bench. Orientation of face will be east-west. In this trip the bauxite horizon is having anaverage thickness of 3.8m is proposed to mine out bauxite by one bench.

Fifth Year Mining (2014-15)

During the fifth year the face formed at the end of fourth year will be advance northerly asshown in year wise development plan. During fifth year the bauxite of 3.8m thick will beexcavated by forming one bench. Soil will be scraped first limestone will be excavated separately.The slope of face will be 70° from the vertical.

RathdiMining Lease:Year wise Production For The ensuring Five years Period:-In the Proposed Mining Scheme the mining will be carried out by manual open cast methodwithout use of drilling and blasting forming two benches of 1.5 m and 2 m for soil and bauxite.The slope of benches will be maintained 45° from the vertical. The width of benches will be 2 m.

First Year (2011-12):-The mining will be started from the south east end of lease area leaving statutory barrier it willadvance in west direction having the alignment of the face in the North-South. In this stripbauxite present at pit floor over a thickness of 0.5m will be removed by one bench. Soil will beremoved by forming one bench of 1.5m height. Bauxite will be mined out by forming one benchof height 2 m. the width of benches will be 2m. The length and width of face at the end of firstyear will be 70m and 58m.

Second Year (2012-13):-The strip will be in the west of strip-I. The strip covers mineable area of 700M2. The mining willbe started in this block from the east end and advance towards west having the benches alignedin the North South direction. In this block the bauxite occur below a thin cover of soil overthickness of 2m. Bauxite will be removed by one bench of 2m height. Soil will be removing byforming one bench of 1.5m height. The width of the benches will be 2m. The OB generated willbe soil only.

Third Year (2013-14):-This strip will be in the west of the strip II and the area of the strip covers is 700 M2. Mining inthe strip will start from the east end advance towards west the strip having aligned in north-south direction. The soil will be removed by forming bench of 1.5m height and bauxite will bemined out by forming one bench of 2m height and width of benches will be 2m. The length andwidth of benches all be 70m and 10m.

Forth Year (2014-15):-The strip will be in the west of strip III. The strip is having an area of 700 M2.The strip hasbauxite over thickness of 2 m. it is proposed to mine in this bauxite by making one bench of 2maligned in the north-south direction and advancing towards west direction.

Fifth Year Mining (2015-16):-This strip is heaving an area 700M2. Bauxite occurs over a thickness of 2m. It is proposed to minethis by making one bench aligned in north-south direction and advancing in west direction. It isproposed to excavated bauxite by having one bench of 2m height. The benches will be placedtwo meters apart following each other having a maximum height of 2m. Soil will be excavated byforming one bench of 1.5m.The length and width of face at the end of fifth year will be 70m and10m.

OBM-IIIMining Lease:Year wise Production For The ensuring Five years Period:-In the Proposed Mining Scheme, the mining will be started form west part of the lease area. TheBauxite will be excavated by forming one bench of 2.5 m. clay and soil will be excavatedseparately. The mining will be done by semi mechanized open cast method with use of excavatorand tipper. During scheme period mining will be done in entire lease area. West part of the areawill be backfilled during mining scheme period.

First Year (2014-15):-During first year, mining will be carried out in western part of the lease area and the orientationof production face will be north-south direction. The bauxite having as average thickness of 2.5mwill be excavated by forming one bench the soil & clay will be excavated separately from theproposed area. Soil will be scraped first and stacked in statutory barrier and clay will beexcavated separately. The bauxite present at pit floor will be excavated separately. The thicknessof bauxite at pit floor is 1m.

Second Year (2015-16):-In second year, mining will be carried out in northwest part of the lease area. The orientation offace will be north - south direction. The Bauxite present with average thickness of 2.5m will beexcavated by forming one bench. The clay and soil present in the area will be excavatedseparately.

In third year, mining will be carried out in central part of the lease area at pit floor of pit no. 3.The face formed at the end of second year will be advanced easterly. The orientation of face willbe north–south direction. The bauxite present in the proposed area having an average 2.5mthickness will be excavated by forming one bench. The soil and clay will be excavated separately.First the soil will scraped at stacked temporary and clay will be excavated.

Fourth Year (2017-18):-During fourth year mining will be carried out covering pit floor of pit no. 4 and central part of thelease area. The face formed at the end of fourth year will be advanced easterly as shown in yearwise development plan plat no. 6. The soil will be scraped separately. The clay present below soilwill be excavated.

Fifth Year (2018-19):-During fifth year, the face formed at the end of fourth year will be advanced easterly and. Theorientation of face will be north-south. The bauxite having 2.5m thickness will be excavated byforming one bench of 2.5m height. The soil will be scraped separately. The clay present belowsoil will be excavated.

Life of MineMining will be carried out in 3 Mining Block/Lease at a maximum production of 75885 TPA and asper IBM approved Scheme of Mining the life of mine would be FIFTEEN years. Entire lease arealeaving statutory barrier will be mined out in FIFTEEN years.

Varada-III Mining Lease:As per estimated Mineable reserves of 61650 MT of Bauxite available with average annualproduction of Bauxite is 10000 MT, the balance Mine Life period is Six years.

RathadiMining Lease:As per estimated Mineable reserves of 52216 MT of Bauxite available with average annualproduction of Bauxite is 3500 MT, the balance Mine Life is Fifteen years.

OBM-IIIMining Lease:As per estimated Mineable reserves of 271447 MT of Bauxite available with average annualproduction of Bauxite is 50000 MT, the balance Mine Life is Six years.

1.2.5 Conceptual Mining PlanUltimate Pit Limit

In the ML area the mineralized limits are determined either by the limit of the ML boundary or bythe limits of the ore body. These limits have been duly marked in the geological plan. Theultimate pit limit has also will be marked in conceptual plan plate no 9.During the Life of Fifteenyears the entire lease area leaving statutory barrier will be converted into threepits. Theconceptual plan has been prepared up to life of the mine. The lease area of Varada-III will beconverted into one pit having dimension 236m in length width varies from 25m to 140m andaverage depth will be about 5.3m as shown in conceptual plan plate no. 9. The lease area ofRathadi will be converted into one pit having an average depth of 2.6m. The lease area of OBM-III will be converted into one pit having dimension 416m in length width varies from 50m to185m and average depth will be about 5m as shown in conceptual plan plate no. 9.

Stacking of mineral reject and disposal of waste:-

Varada-III Mining Lease:Backfilling will be done in the mined out area using waste in north part of the lease area. Thewaste generated during five year mining scheme period will be backfilled in mined out area at thetime of generation if self hence question of its height and spread does not arise. As volume ofvoids (area to be worked) is much more than material available for backfilling of entire mined outarea up to original ground level will not possible. Therefore west part of the area will bebackfilled up to original ground level and another part of the lease area will be used as waterreservoir.

Rathadi Mining Lease:First of all clayey material i.e. overburden without top soil will be stacked/spread out in excavatedarea removal bauxite, followed by a thin layer of topsoil, so that land can be restore. This work ofbackfilling of overburden will be done from first year pit hence question of its height & spreaddoes not arises. As volume of voids (already excavated area & area to be worked during miningplan period) is much more material available for backfilling, restoration of land up to originalground level will not possible.

OBM-III Mining Lease:Backfilling will be done in the area after winning full thickness of bauxite. The proposed area forbackfilling is proved barren. The mineralized waste generated during the mining period will be backfilled in order toreduce the change in land cover or topography of the area. This backfilled area will beused for greenbelt development

Complete backfilling is not possible so a part of mine out area will be used as waterreservoir and stored water will be used for watering the plantation and for dustsuppression. In addition to this water stored in mined out pits will be used by farmers andvillagers in nearby area thus reducing the ground water dependency.

Mine will be worked only in day time (8 hr/ day) and around 98 persons will work,therefore the domestic waste generated will be low and it is possible to recycle. As itdoesn’t require electricity because working will be only in Day time.

Varada-III Mining Lease:

In the proposed mining scheme, it is proposed that the OB &waste generate during scheme periodwill be disposed by backfilling in mined out voids. The backfilling will be done after winning of fullthickness of bauxite zone.As backfilling of OB will be done in the excavated area. Therefore nodumping site will be required. Soil will spread on backfilled area. part of mined out land will beused as water reservoir.

Varada-III, Rathadi& OBM-II lease area is approachable only by a Kaccha road. The villageMewasa is approachable by a kachha road passing through village Ran which is located about 1kmnorth of the tar road connecting village limbdi with Dwarka. Limdi is located on theDevbhumiDwarka- Okha state highway no. 25 and is about 35km from Khambhalia. The nearestrailway station is Bhatia which is located Okha-DevbhumiDwarka-Rajkot-Virgaon broad gaugesection of western railways. The nearest sea port is Okha which is about 105km from Mewasa.

2.3.3 Topography-

The lease area is having north south trending low ridges of bauxite in eastern side and remainingarea is almost plain ground sloping towards west. The area is covered by very scanty vegetation,mostly babool bushes grown over barren stony wastelands. The area is not covered by anywatercourses in form of river, natural nallah etc.

No permanent drainage course exists in the area. It is an active mining area, but crops likeBazara, groundnutetc are cultivated during monsoon in near by agriculture land. Maximum yieldper hectares of bazaar and groundnut is around 2500 kg. The nearest human settlement is inVirpur village at a distance of 1.0 km.

The entire lease area is covered under soil. Bauxite is present below thin cover of soilof 1.0 m to1.5m thickness & clay/limestone of 0.5m to 1.5 m thickness. Bauxite is exposed in pit section. Ingeneral thickness of bauxite is 2.5 m to 3.8m. Recovery of bauxite is considered as 90% of

ROM.In general the high grade (Al2O3>50%) is 40% & low grade (Al2O3upto 30%) is60% ofproduction.Depend upon the nature of the deposits.

2.3.4 Geology of the Mine LeaseThe area around VirpurKenedy, Nandana, MotaAsota, Kenedy, Ran Village exposes bauxite assegregated pocket within laterite or horizontal bedded bauxite deposit within laterite or alteredclay. The other rock type exposed in the region are trap rocks, limestone and lithomergic clays.The limestone belonging to Gaj beds series is overlying the laterites. 2.3.7 Climatic Data from secondary sourcesThe climate in the region is characterized by a hot summer and general dryness except in thesouthwest monsoon season. The year may be divided into four seasons. The cold season from

December to February is followed by the hot season from March to May. The period from June toSeptember is the Southwest monsoon season. October and November constitute the post-monsoon or retreating monsoon season.

Temperature1The period from March to May is of continuous increase in temperatures. May is generally thehottest month with a mean daily maximum temperature of 44.5˚C and mean daily minimum ofabout 24.8˚C. The weather is intensely hot in summer and on some days the day temperaturemay reach up to 40.2˚C.From November, both day and night temperatures begin to decrease rapidly. January is generallythe coldest month with the mean daily maximum temperature at about 26.6˚C and mean dailyminimum at about 10.6˚C. On such occasions, the minimum temperatures sometimes drops downto 6-7˚C.

Wind1Long term wind direction is presented inTable 0-2. During June to September, that is during themonsoon season wind blows mostly from south-west. The mine has been sanctioned by theGovernment for captive consumption only and not for sale of products; hence the profitabilityfactor does not arise at this stage. About 98 miners will be engaged in mining activities for the project and about 60 people forancillaryactivities.The proposed activities shall generate indirect employment in the region due to the requirement ofworkers in supply auxiliary such as higher machinery service and Ore Transport service afford fromthe ancillary works, which would marginally improve the economic status of the people.Further the additional benefits from the downstream units such as iron industry, steel industry,cement plant, and metallurgical industry also add value to the society.

Changes (MoEF&CC) for obtaining Environment Clearance with respect of our Bauxite Mines of smal l

s ize mining lease through our Cluster approach.

The Mining Leases areas extend varying from 0.4 Ha to 11.68 Ha, and total area comprising 20 mining

feases is78.27 Ha only.

Considering Environmental-Techno-Economic aspects, the operat ion of these mines are not

Economical ly & Environmental ly viable unt i l these project are clustered. For effect ive implementat ion of

Environmentai protect ive Measures, preparat ion of Environmental Management Plan & Environmental

lmpact Assessment, and lmplementat ion Reclamation and Rehabi l i tat ion act iv i t ies in the mine lease

area, preparat ion of Conservat ion Plan on cluster approach would be appropriate and i ts operat ion

viabi l i ty.

Conservat ion plan for the said clustered bauxite mines are submitted to MoEF&CC for our EC project

clearance and as wel l as environmental protect ion aspects of f lora and fauna found in the lease area'

Hence, our Management Environment Cel l intending to prepare comprehensive environmental

conservat ion plan in consultat ion through the Forest Department by carrying out var ious Environmental

Awareness Activities or programs such as compensative plantation program, mangrove plantation

program, Environmental awareness program/act iv i t ies in the surrounding vi l lages, Ecological

monitoring activities in core and buffer area environment with estimated budgeted cost of Rs. l"'25

Crores for mining plan period.
