TENDER – PRE-TENDER MEETING - AMENDMENT NOTICE

EPABX System

Sub: Tender No. 42/2013 released on 12/07/2013 – amendments published – reg. Ref : 1. Discussions in the pre-tender meeting for EPABX System held on 20.07.13 2. Request for amendment submitted by various prospective tenderers upto 05.00 p.m on 28/07/2013

The following amendments are made in respect of the tender clauses noted herein on the basis of the request from prospective tenderers, expert opinion and market study.

Appendix I 3 j Expansion Capacity

Expansion Capacity: Should be expandable to additional 96 more analog extensions and 8 more digital extensions and should have additional slots to insert new ISDN PRI cards.

Appendix I 3 m

PC based operator console over LAN

Digital operator console over LAN with following features.

a. Graphical Display with minimum 2 lines.

b. Received and dialled call details. c. Programmable keys – minimum 20 d. Hand free dialling with full duplex

speaker phone. e. Mobile extensions – GSM/CDMA

mobile mapped with extensions for simultaneous ringing and call pickup.

f. Windows / Linux based call management software.

Interlinking all the 50/100 MDF junction boxes using 50/100 pair jelly cable.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire system as detailed below

a. 4 No’s (approximate) of 50/100 MDF boxes to be fixed in new building and Interlinking all the 50/100 MDF junction boxes using 50/100 pair jelly cable. Termination in MDF boxes to be done with all accessories like crone, patch codes etc.
