All you need to know to install Lightroom presets for desktop & mobile
When DNG Files are on your mobile phone, open
your Lightroom CC Mobile App. Download
it for free if you haven't done so already.

After registering with Lightroom, you will be
taken to the app's homepage.
Click on the + symbol and and create a new
Album.
After creating your new Album, click on
the album's three dots and click Add Photos.
Unzip your zipped Preset Pack on your Desktop
Computer and send the DNG Files to your phone via Dropbox or Airdrop.

It will take several minutes for all of the
presets to load into the Album. Open up your Album and select an
image.
Click on the three dots on the right hand corner of the image and click
Create Preset
Name your Preset and your Preset
Group that you wish to store your Presets in. Don't alter anything
else.
Search for your DNG images. Go to files for Samsung, and Camera
Roll for iPhone.
Select the preset images from there

Select the image you want to edit and on the bottom menu bar, scroll
right until you see Presets.

Click on Presets icon and scroll through the different groups until you find the group you created for your new
Presets. It will be at the bottom. Select one of
the new Presets.
With your new Presetted image, click on the
export button on the top and select Save to
Device so you an have it on your phone read for
Instagram.
Once you have created all 25 images, delete the
pictures and go back to your Homepage. Start
adding your own images from your phone that you
want to edit.
