NIFTY 50 7437.80 (-163.55) (-1.15%)

Last Week Nifty opened with a gap down and a strong recovery in

afternoon trade after falling as much 1.4% in early trade following a crash in china market & nifty made 52 weeks low at 7494 on Monday. On Tuesday nifty continues to follow the trend and

made a new low at 7487.80. On

Wednesday market is highly volatile, nifty again hit a new low at 7425.8 but the market managed to gain strength in the last hour of trade. On Thursday nifty opened with a gap down, and recovered or managed the level of

7500. On Friday nifty will continues down trend & could go the level of 7450, has breached the level of 7450 & made a low of 7427 & close below

7450. Our target of 7500 is achieved. We had recommended in last week

research report (see our weekly report 11 Jan to 15 Jan) (Nifty is bearish; if trade below 7575 target 7500). In this week nifty future made a strong support at 7425 and 7600 resistance. The nifty ended the conclude week with

a losing of (-1.15%) or (-163.55) over the previous weeks closing.

The 20 days EMA are placed at

7693.11

The 5 days EMA are placed at

7537.03

Future Outlook:

The Nifty daily chart is bearish; if Nifty is

trading below 7420 than next support

level at 7200 Nifty buying pressure near

at 7600. Nifty Upside weekly Resistance

is 7550-7675 level. The Nifty weekly

strong support is 7375-7300
