Updates and FYIs

• NPRR 570:• Transition to posting Initials on OD + 6 has been smooth

• No issues to report from ERCOT

• NPRR 568:• Project is on Track for June 1 delivery

• NPRR 591 introduced detailed settlements implementation

• QSEs should use NPRR 591 when creating shadow settlements

• New NPRR will be at the 2-13-2014 PRS meeting that introduces some additional minor changes

• Removes STARTUP and SHUTDOWN status from PRC and ORDC calculations

• Sets Real-Time Off-Line available reserves used in the ORDC calculation to zero when Real-Time On-Line available reserves minus Real-Time On-Line reserves available in 10 minutes becomes less than or equal to 2,300 MW which is the PRC MW at which EEA Level 1 is initiated

• Training materials are in progress.
