A bit of EtiquettePlease arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled

service time to allow yourself enough time to prepare for

your spa experience. If you are late for your appointment,

your spa time may be shortened in order for us to remain

on schedule.

We want you to have a comfortable experience at New

Image, and your modesty and privacy will always be

respected. Please know that wearing undergarments is

your choice. You may also choose to wear a bathing suit or

shorts under your robe.

Please remove all jewelry prior to your visit to the spa. We

cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or misplaced

jewelry or articles.

Please leave children at home unless they have an

appointment.

All appointments will be secured with a credit card,

prepayment or gift card number.

Please give at least 4 hours notice, preferably 24 hours, to

cancel or to reschedule your appointment. No-Shows, or

late cancellations will be billed for half the amount of the

services reserved or a minimum of $30 per service.

If you have a request for a particular spa therapist, please

mention it when scheduling.

New Image is wheelchair accessible for most treatments. If

you need assistance, please notify the staff when

scheduling your appointment.

We are open from 10am to 8pm, Monday - Thursday, 9am

to 9pm, Friday and Saturday. Additional appointments are

available by request and will include a $35 after hours fee

per service.

We will gladly reserve space and schedule the spa for your

group services. Please ask the Spa Director for more

information.

Gratuities are not included in our prices. You may wish to

leave your therapist compensation to reward them for

their excellent service (10% - 20% is customary). A 15%

gratuity will be added to groups of 4 or more.

Classic Facial Our Classic Facial is designed as a 30 minute, customized

introductory facial and is a great way to introduce yourself to

the spa experience. It includes a brief skin analysis, cleansing,

exfoliation, masque, and moisturizing facial massage.

Luxury Spa Facial

Luxury Spa Facial - traditionally called a European Facial - is

designed to be effectively customized for your specific skin

concerns. They use machine assistance and extractions if

desired. Your facial will also include a brief consultation to

determine your personal skin care needs.

Our Mission

Teen SceneNew Image Day Spa realizes that Teens are tuning in to the

beauty scene. We have get-together treatments geared

towards their special needs with lots of colors, glitter, and

fragrances. Technicians spend time with teens in all regular

spa menu services for one-on-one attention to their particular

body and beauty needs.

If you have a teen group, we will teach them step-by-step how

to correctly apply make-up or give themselves a facial with

minor extractions so they learn what to do, why to do it, and

how to do it. A very fun and informative way to learn to

enhance their looks and their spirits.

$45 per person for a 1 hour class on any topic.

Minimum of 4 people per class.

Your ComfortOur robes and slippers fit all ages, the robes starting at

children’s size 3 and going up to adult’s size 5X. We care about

your comfort. Robes may be special ordered for Retail

Sparkle Tea PartyThe perfect birthday party experience for age 12 and younger. This party includes a light meal (Sparkling Cider, Herbal Tea or Hot Cocoa, Finger Sandwiches & Tea Cookies) to be enjoyed while receiving a glistening glitter classic manicure OR pedicure, complete with polich of choice and rhinestone nail art. $55 per person.

We can service up to 6 at the same time; the tea party will take place during the nail service in the nail room. A 15% gratuity is automatically added on to groups of 4 or more.

If a private room is desired for this event, a reservation may be requestion for $70 per hour. Party reservations are available by appointment only. Saturdays and Holidays are only available for groups of 6 or more.
