Every client has different reasons to deliver a live music event. Metrics must reflect the needs of the client. Most branded live events can’t use traditional measures of success such as ticket sales, Eskimo can track behaviour and brand engagement. STicketSTicket (Smart Ticket when used at Samsung events) creates a range of engaging pre, live and post event experiences which open up new

marketing opportunities for event sponsors and venue owners. Many apps now offer value aded content, fan and community areas, social

sharing and venue information, however STicket has been designed to deliver a robust mobile ticket security and access control platform in

a simple package for any event.

Wi-FiEskimo provides consultancy, hardware and hotspot services to Live Events. There are many challenges and considerations to delivering Wi-Fi across small and large venues and on greenfield sites.

Our engineers have over 30 years experience in RF and Wi-Fi working with vendors such Cisco and Ruckus. The team are certified engineers and have worked with all other major WiFi vendors including Aruba, Meraki and Ubiquity. Core skills include RF design, site interference mapping, 3G/4G Offload, High-Density environments and LAN Networking.

Smart Ticket can be used to securely send mobile tickets to mobile handsets and use Beacon proximity to deliver a completely safe and secure access control system.

Beacons can be used to store and retrieve items from the cloakroom.

WiFi can be used to deliver rich content based on beacon triggers and enable payments over a secure network.

Interaction with screens at the event is enabled through Beacons and WiFi.

Engaging in interactive light shows and audio games can be triggered by Beacons.

Beacons can enable ‘check in’ for use with payment platforms to purchase food, beverages and merchandise.

Beacons can help drive footfall over the store threshold. The app receives a push with a relevant or exclusive offer. Exclusivity can be limited by time, number of units or sign-ups.

Wayfinding and directions can be provided via an app using Beacons to guide them round the store to desired product or area.
