Above and beyond is not the word. From 5:00 a.m. – to the end of each day’s events, your staff provided pleasant service, fabulous presentation and a warm smile to all ICMM members….Then there was the day of Floyd. The early crew moved breakfast indoors and served from a wind whipped, outdoor tent. The lunch crew waited patiently as the delegates got their pictures taken and arrived 10 minutes after lunch was supposed to be over. The dinner crew arrived during the height of the storm. And then there was you, who spent untold hours piping surprise chocolate bon voyage messages to the group..”
