Martech Co., Ltd. VN. was founded in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Company specializes in manufacturing all kinds of boilers and pressure devices. From the day Martech Boiler was established, it has always been considered as one of the most prestigious manufacturers chosen by customers in producing and supplying various kinds of steam boilers and pressure vessels in Viet Nam.
Martech Boiler designed and produced boilers according to customer needs with special emphasis on available fuel sources at local area, such as: coal, woodchips, saw dust, rice husk, cashew nut shell, sugarcane residue, coco shell, spent coffee grounds, paper industrial residues, biogas, compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and the likes.
Through strategic investments on research and development, Martech Boiler could improved technologies continuously to enhance boiler efficiency and reduce environmental pollution by application of advanced combustion principles, for instance: Chain grate combustion, fluidized bed combustion, combination fuel injection with chain grate (rice husk firing, saw dust and sugarcane residues), and chain grate combustion (multi grate), just to name a few. In addition, the Company is progressing in its breakthrough research to carry out advanced air treatment systems, such as: Multi cyclone, ESP, Bag filters, NOx treatment system, and SOx treatment tower.

Introduction » The Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) process is the process where
fuel particles are suspended in a hot, bubbling fluidity bed of ash and other particulate materials (sand, limestone etc.) through which jets of air are blown to provide the oxygen required for combustion or gasification. The resultant fast and intimate mixing of gas and solids promotes rapid heat transfer and chemical reactions within the bed.
» FBC systems fit into essentially two major groups, atmospheric systems (FBC) and pressurized systems (PFBC), and two minor subgroups, bubbling (BFB) and circulating fluidized bed (CFB).

Fuel receiving hopper; Fuel lifting bucket elevator; Fuel storage Silo.From this silo, the Fuel will be transferred to the buffer silo by another
conveyor system before feeding it into the furnace. » After Heating, the flue gas will keep going to the Economizer unit to recover
the waste heat and change to the useful heat for the boiler. » At this time, the energy in the flue gas has nothing much to recover. It will
be treated by a drying collector (what we call bag filter) before going to the chimney and eventually into the atmosphere.
