It is with pleasure that I provide a letter of reference for Esther Lee. Esther did an internship with us here at

XRF Labware from March to July 2016. Much of the work that Esther did involved research and

development for a number of projects that we are currently undertaking. At all times, the work was

performed to a high standard and professionalism without the need for constant supervision and oversight.

Some of the tasks that Esther was involved with were:

Development of XRF fusion applications for a number of our customers.

Preparation of laboratory samples for testing.

X-ray analysis of fusion samples and standards.

General laboratory activities and housekeeping,

Development of a process to treat waste products from our Foundry area.
