Aiea High School, Aiea, Hawaii.• I received my bachelor’s of science degree
in 2006 from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
• I am finishing my master’s in educational administration and I hope to improve and continue to expand REACH.
My Personal Definition of Education Technology• Education can be more convenient…
at home, at your own computer, maybe having a snack or lunch.
• We can teach children of tomorrow with technology they know and understand (not white or chalk boards) where they can engage and enjoy more.

My Vision of the Classroom of the Future
• Students are not allowed to sit at their desk continuously all day from 8am-2pm.
• Some subjects will be taught using technology they enjoy using (Wii, Nintendo DS, computers).
A Challenge for Teaching
• Different opinions and view points.• People think children are on the
computer, electronic toys, etc. for too many hours.
• People think it’s not good for them.
Words of Wisdom
• I really love this quote from module 3…• “If we teach today’s students as we taught
yesterday’s, we rob them of tomorrow.” –John
Dewey
