Training: Innovative guidance methods to support mobility

Organizers: EURES & Euroguidance networks in Estonia and FinlandTarget group: Estonian and Finnish career counsellors from PES,universities, schools and EURES advisers, EURES assistants.Purpose of the training is to strengthen the participants’guidance and counselling skills in situations where they work withclients interested in international mobility.Benefits: chance to create networks with other practitioners andexchange ideas on good guidance and counselling methods andpractices.Duration of the training course: two contact seminars (one in Estonia and another in Finland) and two two-day job-shadowingperiods 5
