QRP proudly presents its first European Masterclass session in Project and Programme Management, an event where PM professionals gather to improve their skills and knowledge. This 5 day program is based on the international OGC stan-dards PRINCE2-Project Management, MSP-Programme Management and P3O-Project, Programme and Portfolio Offices Guidance.The Masterclass will be held in English at a location at Lake Como, Italy.

Objectives:

The European Masterclass will enable delegates to:

- Learn the principles & processes of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management according to PRINCE2, MSP and P3O

- Learn to apply the international standards for Project and Programme Management in a real life scenario

- Discuss real Project Management case studies of international industry experts

- Learn to manage and realise the benefits of an improved organisation with Project and Programme Management

- Understand the benefits of a PMO-Project Management Office in an organisation

There is increasing demand for learning the practical appli-cation of the well known Best Practices. Learning how to ap-ply and tailor a method often goes beyond the skills required to pass an examination. Therefore it is QRP’s aim to bring international professionals together for an intensive session in a great location in order to have an extraordinary learning experience. With this Masterclass QRP aims to complement its offering with an event really directed at learning how to benefit from European well known Best Practices.

Requirements

In order to attend this Masterclass it is expected that the candidate has experience in the field of project manage-ment. Basic knowledge of the PRINCE2 method is highly recommended. A self study PRINCE2 Foundation course (including certification) is offered to those who need a basic knowledge of PRINCE2.
