PARTY PACKAGE PICK-UPTinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend Breakfast and Pasta Party Packages must be picked up at the Tinker Bell Half Marathon Expo. Package Pick-Up is located in the lower level of the Disneyland® Hotel Exhibit Hall. Look for the booth labeled “Party Packages”. Packages will be listed by last name.

A waiver must be completed and signed by each participant. If the participant is under 18 years old, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Both a signed waiver and photo ID are required to pick up your race packet. To save time, print your race waiver from runDisney.com and bring it with you to the Expo. Package Pick-Up is available:

ABSENTEE PACKAGE PICK-UPIf you are unable to attend Package Pick-Up, the individual picking up on your behalf must provide the following items as well as their Photo ID: • Copy of your driver’s license or Photo ID • Your signed waiver • Your signed Package Pick-Up Authorization Form

The Package Pick-Up Authorization Form and Waiver will be available at runDisney.com. It is important that these completed forms are presented by the individual picking up on your behalf.

Both the Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend Breakfast and Pasta Party will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 in the Magic Kingdom Ballroom located at the Disneyland® Hotel. The breakfast will take place from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. and the Pasta Party will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Both include opportunities for photos and autographs with Disney Characters, so be sure to bring your cameras and autograph books. Each Guest will receive an event-specific access wristband with their packet. This wristband is required for admission to your purchased event.

CHEAR ZONESOnly ChEAR Squad members who purchased a Gold or Platinum ChEAR Squad package will have access to the ChEAR Zones. The wristband provided at Package Pick-Up must be worn. You will not be admitted to the ChEAR Zones without the wristband. The ChEAR Zones will be open to Gold and Platinum level members only from 5:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 20, 2013.

MAIN STREET, U.S.A. CHEAR ZONEDisneyland® Park - Mile 3.5The Main Street, U.S.A. ChEAR Zone is a reserved viewing location only. It does not include seating, beverages or portalets. You will NOT need a Theme Park Ticket to access this zone. You will, however, need to show your wristband to access the ChEAR Zone. The Main Street, U.S.A. ChEAR Zone is an estimated ten minute walk from the Finish Line, accessed through the Downtown Disney® District.

FINISH LINE CHEAR ZONESimba Parking Lot (Disneyland Drive and Katella Avenue)There is no better location to ChEAR on your runner than in the Finish Line ChEAR Zone! The Finish Line ChEAR Zone is located at the finish line of the Half Marathon, in the Simba Parking Lot. The Finish Line ChEAR Zone is an estimated ten minute walk from the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, and even closer for those with reserved parking at the Finish Line!

TRANSPORTATION & PARKINGTo avoid traffic and parking, complimentary event shuttles are available to runners and spectators. Shuttles will depart from select Disneyland® Resort Good Neighbor Hotels to the Disneyland® Resort Esplanade Shuttle Drop-Off area every 20 minutes continuously through the weekend (1/18-1/20) during scheduled Tinker Bell Half Marathon weekend events. You will receive a pass from your driver the first time you board the shuttle. Please save this pass for use over the entire Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend. Please see the shuttle map for pick-up and drop-off locations.

CHEAR SQUAD INFORMATION

*Reserved seating/viewing locations may vary and are subject to change. Guest must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled event to ensure reserved seating/viewing and actual location within the reserved seating/viewing areas is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserved seating/viewing amenity is available for the registered Gold and Platinum ChEAR Squad member only. Each Guest will need to purchase a package for entry to the designated areas.

** Tickets include one (1) day of admission during regular park operating hours, for one (1) person, and at either Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park, subject to availability and capacity limits, and are not valid for admission to special events, private parties, or mix-ins. Some activities and/or events may be separately priced. Tickets expire December 16, 2013.

ChEAR Squad Packages are priced per person. Offer subject to availability and pre-purchase is required. Restrictions apply. Offer may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. ChEAR Squad Packages are not needed for children under 3.

For those who choose to drive, parking for all weekend events, including the Expo and all races, is available in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, located off Disneyland Drive at Ball Road. Follow the signs for Theme Park Parking. Standard parking fees apply at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. For those who purchased the Platinum ChEAR package, reserved parking is available in the Simba Parking Lot using the pass included in your package.
