Event space at The Packhouse All the information you need to set up your event in The Hive, Summerhouse or Shepherd's Hut. Please read the document carefully and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
AdvertisingYou can supply your own advertising boards/leaflets for display by the till point, by the entrance of The Packhouse and by your event space on your hire days.

For Facebook:
You will need to create the event and add The Packhouse as a co-host so the event is published on our page as well as yours. For help on how to do this, see the Facebook help pages listed below:

The Hive (max 12 persons for a workshop)£15 per hour£50 per half day £90 per full day5m x 5m. Wifi, patio, lawn and wildflower landscaping. Various chairs, tables and benches available. Mezzanine level for storage. Heating, dimmer switch on lighting. 58in TV monitor connected to internet. Wood floor suitable for yoga, pilates, dance etc.
Summerhouse (max 6 persons for workshops)£35 per weekday £50 per weekend day £75 per weekend (both days) 237cm x 377cm, bi-fold lockable front doors, opening side doors. Table and 6 chairs available.
Shepherd's Hut (best for one to one)£25 per day267cm x 194cm usable space with bench seating. Lockable door from both sides. Curtains for privacy. Table and chairs available.
Your detailsWe will need your name, company name (if applicable), home address, website, email address, contact telephone number and bank details.
Public Liability Insurance
This is a Packhouse requirement for use of any event space so please ensure we have a copy of your policy document before commencement.
Rental Payment:
Please pay your non-refundable rent 2 weeks prior to commencement of each date by BACS

to send to us that will allow us to promote your event/
workshop on our website. Please send all relevant

Workshop details to be provided:-
• Name/Title of your workshop• A relevant image related to your workshop• A description of your event (no length limit) - This must
include all your Ts&Cs such as a Cancellation Policy orRefund Policy
• Date and Time of your workshop• The price per ticket of your workshop• A link to either your website or event booking portal (if
applicable) for customers to book - N.B. we do not takepayments for your workshop online or in-store. If you donot have your own online payment processing system,we recommend Eventbrite.
For Selling/Events/Showcasing:• Your Name/Company Name• Image showing a selection of items/relevant
information• Details of your Instagram/Facebook and
Website (optional)• Date and time of your event
Payments on the day:
Please note that we cannot take any payments for your sales through our own till.
If you would like a card reader, we are happy to let you borrow one (free of charge), but you would need to download an app on your phone or tablet (free Wi-Fi available) called Square Point of Sale. This will then need to be linked to your Bank account.
You must advise us at least one week before your event if you need to borrow a credit card machine.
