The Vine is an impressive Edwardian building situated bang in the middle of the leafy streets of Tufnell Park and the hipster bustle of Kentish Town. It boasts the sunniest garden in NW5 that heaves with drinkers and diners at the slightest glimpse of sunshine.Two unique private rooms, make The Vine the perfect events venue. Ideal for any celebration, party, wedding, intimate gathering or meeting, or a game of shuffleboard on one of our two tables. Whether it’s a sit down dinner or casual drinks/canapé reception, The Vine has several options for you and your guests.With room to accommodate parties of up to 350 guests we can cater individually to suit your every need.
FOOD & DRINK
We have an extensive gin list and house-crafted gin-influenced cocktails with a new Sipsmith gin infusion every month for the gin enthusiasts. Our draft selection sees some crafty hops and radical flavours, featuring an ever-changing line-up of independent brewers. Our chefs have landed a laid back food menu to nourish, revive and satisfy. Serving brunch, lunch, dinner and late options, our food is fresh, modern and colourful. With a focus on small plates and sharing, the menu is supported by bold main courses, including vegan and healthy balanced dishes.

Whether you want a lavish reception and dinner with canapés, 3 courses and cocktails or just a dance party with a few drinks and a buffet; we’ve got it covered. Our events manager will tailor the day to your specifications and we can recommend a varied list of DJ’s, bands, photobooths and photographers to further enhance your experience.

We know that your Big Day is one of the most important days of your life, so we act accordingly, providing you the highest level of professionalism and service possible. With many years’ experience under our belts, you can have complete faith and confidence in our ability to make this Day of Days go off as smoothly as possible. Our function coordinator will meet with you regularly during the run up to your event to make sure that every aspect of your day is handled exactly as you want it. PRIVATE HIRE
Our back room features two 12ft shuffle boards with a ‘Ring the Bell for Service’ button so you can shuffle uninterrupted.Reserve one or both boards for hourly sessions. Parties of 6+ can upgrade their shuffling with a choice of our tiered food and drink packages. Full details will be provided upon enquiry and please email to reserve a shuffling slot.
SHUFFLEBOARD
Our venue is a unique and interesting location for filming or photoshoots. Take over one of our private areas or hire the whole venue* and use it as a location in your TV show, documentary or movie. Full catering and beverage service can be provided for you and your crew.

OUR SPACES
40 SEATED OR 60 STANDING. The Camden Room offers a classic function space. Equipped with full audio/visual capabilities, it is the perfect spot for presentations, conferences, birthdays, comedy nights, exhibitions, you name it!
CAMDEN ROOM
25 SEATED OR 40 STANDING. The Highgate Room provides a decadent private dining room. Seating up to 25, there’s no better way to push the boat out for your party than with this opulent setting for a delicious dinner.
HIGHGATE ROOM
20 SEATED OR 35 STANDING. The snug is a semi-enclosed space next to main bar, perfect for drinks do’s or family Sunday feasting. You can keep the atmosphere of the pub but with the added exclusivity of this tucked away area.
SNUG
80 SEATED OR 120 STANDING. Our back room is an extension of the main bar but as a large space, can lend itself perfectly to big groups for private events. Full hire of this area includes exclusive access to both shuffle boards, a big screen, microphone and the option to play your own music.
