Providing and fixing, 62/88 mm thick partition using G.I sections, 8 mm thick (High Pressure Steam Cured), Everest Fibre Cement Board (Plain/PRS (Primered, recessed and sealant coated)/Bevelled at site), depending upon the type of finish required) conforming to IS 14862:2000, fixed on the framework using 25 mm fully threaded self embedding type fibre cement screws @ 300 mm c/c on either side of 48/70 mm studs (0.55 mm thick having one flange of 34 mm and another flange of 36 mm) made of G.I steel placed at 600 mm c/c in 50/72 mm floor and ceiling channel (0.55 mm thick having equal flanges of 32 mm G.I steel) with joints staggered to avoid through joints, all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.The boards may be finished so as to have uniform gap/groove or flush finish. The flush finish should be done with Elasto prefab joint sealant, Everest Internal Jointing Compound and paper tape as per the procedure laid down by the company.
