SAFETY REMINDERS Personal belonging Safety

Be punctual for all activities

Listen carefully to all instructions

Listen to your teachers at all times

Be polite at all times

Keep track of your buddy constantly. Inform the teachers when your buddy is delayed/ in the washroom. ALWAYS let your teacher know whenever you are going somewhere.

Conduct frequent checks on your belongings. DO NOT leave things behind in restaurants or anywhere else.

Always stay close to your group members and teachers

Take care of your own belongings

Observe personal hygiene and safety

Bus Safety DO NOT walk/ change seats unnecessarily on the bus. This is for your own safety

Fasten Seat Belt!

Bring a book to read while you are on the bus.

Medical Safety

Report ill health (no matter what degree) immediately to your form teacher.

Inform your teacher if you have, food allergy or on special diet

Teachers will not administer medication. Teachers will only supervise the children taking the medication

Food and Beverage Safety Drink bottled or boiled water regularly. Carry a water bottle at all times to keep you

hydrated. DO NOT drink directly from the tap! Tap water is NOT drinkable in Malaysia

Do not eat anything if you are unsure, especially those with allergic reactions to certain food. Check with your teachers first.

Observe table manners. Finish all food on the table. Take only what you can finish.

You are advised to drink only mineral water supplied in the bus.

DO NOT buy anything from roadside stalls

DO NOT buy anything when getting up and down the coach

Students who are allergic to any food is to check and not consume the food

Room Safety Remember to take your room key/card when you leave

Do not change rooms

Do not bring dangerous and illegal items eg, cigarettes, lighters, penknives, explosives

Do not bring valuables (if you do, it will be your responsibility and at your own risk)

Do not leave the hotel on your own

Do not leave rubbish behind

Keep noise at a minimum. Do not talk loudly or yell across the rooms. Do not run along the hotel shouting or yelling.

Respect public and hotel property - keep premises clean and tidy.

Do not take anything which is not yours as a souvenir!

DO NOT order room service. Do not use any of the chargeable items in your room.

Do not leave your hotel rooms after lights out.

No loitering at the hotel lobby or visiting the other areas such as the bar, swimming pool, etc. within the hotel & outside the hotel.
