We chose to hold our wedding here after visiting many other venues because of how helpful, friendly and well organised their open evening was. Once we set the date it wasn’t long after that we were in contact with our own event planner Clare. From the moment we met her; we can only speak highly of her. She was organised, professional, friendly, helpful and many times went above and beyond for the both of us and took the stress out of planning our wedding. She gave nothing but a 5*+ service. We would truly recommend her to anybody who is thinking of holding their wedding or any function here.

The Vincent Hotel is gorgeous! The service we received from the beginning to the end was impeccable, and all delivered to a very high standard. The food at the Wedding Breakfast was fabulous, it was that good it even made it into my Husband’s thank you speech I would highly recommend The Vincent Hotel to anyone.
We booked The Vincent, Southport for our wedding venue. It was absolutely the right decision from the moment we met Clare, our wedding planner, who was so professional and thorough throughout to our Master of Ceremonies, All the staff were very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We all had a fantastic day, the food was excellent and the room was perfect.

Once you’ve decided on a religious or Civil Ceremony choosing your venue is the next big thing.
If you have decided to hold your civil ceremony at the venue, you will need to contact the Registrars to book the date. (Telephone number 0151 934 2012)
The Vincent Hotel will hold a date provisionally without obligation for a 2 week period. Once you’ve decided on the venue, in order to confirm the booking the
events team will arrange a contract to be sent out, which will need to be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm your Big Day.
Approximately 3 months prior to your wedding date the events team will be in touch to arrange a planning meeting. At this stage you will be required to pay 50% of the
total balance. With the total payment due 6 weeks before your big day. We will arrange a final planning meeting a few days before to discuss the whole day
from start to finish. Bespoke packages available upon request.
