ExcaliburMiningLimited(ASX:EXM)(Excalibur)ispleasedtoannouncethelodgementoftheDropsuiteLimited (Dropsuite) Prospectus with Australia’s securi?es regulator, the Australian Securi?es andInvestmentsCommission,inrespectoftheDropsuitereversetakeover(RTO)ofExcaliburMining.

TheExcalibur/DropsuiteProspectusoffersupto80millionsharesatanissuepriceof$0.10pershare,toraiseuptoAU$8million,withaminimumsharesubscrip?onofAU$5million.

Dropsuite expects the RTO of Excalibur Mining to be completed by 30 November 2016 and to bereinstatedandbegintradingontheASXbythisdate.
