Many local graduates still fail to gain employment despite high academicqualifications. The main reasons for this dilemma are lack of:

self confidence

self/team management skills

problem solving skills

an innovative mindset, and

Solution:

Thus, we need a total development program that will not only improve EnglishLanguage skills but also develop interpersonal, management and problem-solving skills that would enhance self-market value and employability as wellas knowledge on entrepreneuring.

In this programme, the students will be equipped with soft-skills related

The challenges of todays employment and entrepreneurial arena require a more

positive mindset, leadership attributes and a resourcefulness that would increase
