Executive Coaching Models: An Overview

There are many approaches and models used for executive coaching (e.g. Appreciative Inquiry model, Leaderplex Model of Leadership, Egan’s ‘Helping Skills’ model, Solution Focused Model, Domains of Competence Model etc.) These models provide an approach to coaching that is usually focussed on one perspective, task or underlying philosophy A need for more integrated, holistic approach
