EVENT INTRODUCTION

PRODUCER‘S TESTIMONIAl

How to excel at HSE excellenceStarting out with the staggering target of one hundred attendees and after seven annuals of growing numbers and quality, the pressure was immense. luckily, the HSE stars aligned perfectly to help us achieve what we had been working so hard for. After almost a year of planning, research and honing the perfect mix of topics, speakers and special features, the hard work finally paid off.

Summarizing the event, we can now confidently say it was a record-breaking 8th annual. Not only did our number of delegates grow by almost 20 %, but we were also able to establish 13 more partnerships, bring in more speakers, extend the time for networking and launch a special four-hour online stream. And looking at the feedback forms, it‘s clear to us that it wasn‘t only the pies and charts that showed improvement, and these health and safety enthusiasts once again left enriched with countless new approaches and ideas.

2015 means the 9th annual for us, and although we might be confident about our event‘s quality, there is, unsurprisingly, still room for more attention to be paid to better HSE practices in companies worldwide. So let‘s get back to work to stay on the right track – one leading to HSE Excellence.

Vienna

From last years‘ rainy and foggy Prague we moved to another central European metropolis – sunny Vienna, which gave me a ray of hope that we could really exceed our delegates‘ expectations once more. As one of the most visited convention cities in the world and a perfect crossroads for the HSE audience, this metropolis, with its incredibly rich history, seemed like the perfect choice.

Clearly – it was. Once again we were able to overcome obstacles, reach our targets, especially by getting support from new partners and associations such as AIHA, ISSA, Perosh and ICOH, making this event really top-notch. There are so many people who supported us along the way, starting with advisors, speakers and sponsors.

From all of Fleming‘s management & the whole team, let me just say a big “Thank You“ for your work and commitment, I hope this brochure acts as a nice piece of evidence that is was worth it!

A word from fleming Europe‘s cEO: no progress is made without taking risks...

I can now hardly remember that time, a few years ago, when Bea came up with this concept of a health and safety conference, leaving many people skeptical. All I can say now is that I‘m really proud of what we have achieved with this event, and there is no doubt in my mind about going even further next year.

This conference is truly becoming one of the leading in the field – constantly growing year-to-year and bringing more and more exciting features. So let‘s keep up the good work and meet at the 9th Annual HSE Excellence in...
