With Season Tickets capped again for the 2019/20 season at 23,000, existing Season Ticket Holders have until 6pm on Thursday 13 June 2019 to renew their seat. To make payments even easier, the popular Direct Debit scheme is once again available.
Please note that following the sales process from last season, Season Tickets in the Family Stand paid for via Direct Debit will not renew automatically.
These Season Ticket Holders, therefore, must renew via tickets.lcfc.com, by calling the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or by visiting the Foxes Fanstore at King Power Stadium.
All other supporters already signed up to Direct Debit will have their Season Tickets automatically renewed for the 2019/20 season, providing they do not have any outstanding payments or are in breach of any other Season Ticket terms and conditions. Those currently on the scheme who wish to opt out should call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1), or email [email protected] before Friday 7 June 2019.
If emailing your request, please include your full name, supporter number, address and date of birth – requests will not be processed without this information.
Supporters not on the Club’s Direct Debit scheme can renew online at tickets.lcfc.com, in person at the Foxes Fanstore at King Power Stadium – or by calling the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) before the deadline of Thursday 13 June 2019.

GUARANTEED HOME CUP TICKETSYour Season Ticket also guarantees your seat at every home cup game*, so long as you book within the priority periods announced for each tie on LCFC.com and on official LCFC social media channels.
To make the process of securing cup tickets even easier, the Home Cup Scheme will continue for 2019/20.

UPGRADESIf a concession Season Ticket Holder within your party cannot make a game, you can upgrade their Season Ticket to another age category by paying the pro-rata price differential to the relevant age bracket.
Supporters over the age of 18 will need to contact the Club prior to requesting an upgrade.
Those situated in the Family Stand can upgrade their Season Ticket in this way for a maximum of 4 fixtures throughout the season (including non-attendees). For those situated in the South, East or West Stands, Season Tickets can be upgraded for a maximum of 8 fixtures.

01) DIRECT DEBIT SCHEMEIf you paid for your 2018/19 Season Ticket via the rolling Direct Debit scheme and sit outside
the Family Stand, you don’t need to do anything – your 2019/20 Season Ticket will automatically
renew!*
After receiving your confirmation letter, you should use your existing Season Ticket Card to
access King Power Stadium throughout the 2019/20 season, if you have not changed seat or age bands. Supporters who have moved seats
or changed age bands will receive a new Season Ticket Card in the post
in time for the new season.
If you do not currently pay via Direct Debit but would like to join the scheme this season,
please see page 12.

NO FEESThere are no fees, administration or interest charges on our Direct Debit scheme (though missed payments are subject to a £15 charge).
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF SEASON TICKETSIf you purchased your 2018/19 Season Ticket via Direct Debit, then your 2019/20 Season Ticket will automatically renew using the same rolling Direct Debit (with the cost spread over 10 months).*
This excludes current Season Ticket Holders within the Family Stand.
The first payment will be taken on Monday 1 July 2019 and all future payments will be taken on the first working day of each month. **
If you would like to change the details of your Direct Debit, please call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or speak to an advisor in the Foxes Fanstore. This needs to be done by the 15th of each month, prior to your payment coming out.
We appreciate that a Season Ticket can be a major purchase, which is why we offer a Direct Debit scheme to help spread the cost over the year through 10 equal payments (if renewed by Thursday 13 June 2019).
Those signed up to Direct Debit also benefit from a straightforward renewal process, which includes:

CHANGE OF AGE CATEGORYIf you purchased your 2018/19 Season Ticket via the Direct Debit scheme, are not seated in the Family Stand, and are due to change age category for the 2019/20 season, your seat will automatically renew at the new age category price (therefore, your Direct Debit payments will vary compared to last season).

All packages include pre-match dining – ranging from a two-course seasonal buffet in our Banks Lounge – to a four-course fine dining experience in The Gallery, our sought-after pitch-facing restaurant.

THE FAMILY STANDThe Family Stand, also known as the North Stand, is a designated area of King Power Stadium that was introduced to cater especially for families.
Adult Season Ticket Holders in the Family Stand must be seated with at least one under 18 as part of their party, and at a ratio of a maximum of two adults per junior concession (under 18). The party must always enter the stadium together.
A Season Ticket held by an under 18 in the Family Stand may be used by an adult in the Family Stand for up to a maximum of four occasions only during the season.
If a Season Ticket held by an under 18 in the Family Stand is not used on a matchday, then this non–use of the Season Ticket will count towards one of the four occasions referred to overleaf.
This upgrade/non-attendance policy applies to the whole party – i.e. for a party of three adults and two under 18s, the two under 18s tickets can only be upgraded four times collectively.
Supporters who are part of a group in the Family Stand must renew their Season Tickets together, providing they fit the required criteria. Please refer to LCFC.com/terms for full Family Stand terms and conditions.Please note: The Club’s safeguarding policy does not permit children under the age of two inside King Power Stadium on matchdays. Under 16s cannot enter King Power Stadium on matchdays on their own.

When can I renew my Season Ticket?Current Season Ticket Holders can renew their Season Tickets from 9am on Thursday 9 May 2019 until 6pm on the final day of the renewal period, Thursday 13 June 2019. Any Season Tickets remaining after this date will go on sale to successful Fox Members.
Can I relocate to another area of the stadium for the 2019/20 season?Yes. Supporters wishing to relocate should renew their Season Ticket during the renewal period, then contact the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or speak to an advisor in the Foxes Fanstore during the relocation period (9am on Friday 14 June 2019 until 6pm on Monday 17 June 2019).
Please note: Relocations are subject to an additional £5 charge per Season Ticket Holder.
What happens if I miss the deadline?Season Ticket Holders who do not renew before 6pm on Thursday 13 June 2019 will not be eligible to purchase a 2019/20 Season Ticket.
Can I bring a child under the age of two to King Power Stadium on a matchday?No. The Club does not permit children under the age of two inside King Power Stadium on matchdays.
I am under 16 years of age. Can I attend King Power Stadium on a matchday on my own?No. You must attend the game with at least one person over 18.
I sit in the Family Stand, but my child is now 18. What happens next?As per the Family Stand terms and conditions, adults must be seated with at least one under 18 as part of their party, and at a ratio of a maximum of two adults per Junior (under 18) concession.In the event you no longer meet the criteria, our sales staff will be happy to help you relocate to another area at the stadium during the renewal period. To do this, call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) or visit the Foxes Fanstore.
I am 60 years old this year, am I now entitled to a Senior Concession?Senior Concessions are only available to supporters aged 65 years or older. Age bands are always recorded on 1 September each year.
Please note: There are no concession prices within hospitality areas or Fosse Club Premium.
Will I be issued with a new Season Ticket Card?Unless you have moved seats or changed aged bands, then no. Supporters who do not fit the criteria should use their current Season Ticket Card to access King Power Stadium throughout the 2019/20 season. Supporters who have moved seats or changed aged bands will receive a new Season Ticket Card in the post ahead of the season.
What if I lose or damage my Season Ticket Card?The Club cannot accept responsibility for Season Tickets Cards that are lost or damaged beyond use. As a result, a lost or damaged Season Ticket Card will incur a £10 replacement fee in the first instance, with subsequent reissues charged at £30 each.
A stolen Season Ticket Card will be replaced, without charge, if supported by a valid Police Crime Number.
What if I forget my Season Ticket Card for a match?Supporters who forget their Season Ticket Card can obtain a replacement match ticket from the Club. This facility is subject to a £5 non-refundable charge and can only be used once during a season (your Season Ticket Card will be deactivated for the game).
How can I pay for my Season Ticket?Supporters can pay for their 2019/20 Season Tickets via:• Direct Debit Scheme• Credit / Debit Card • Cash• ChequeSeason Ticket Holders using the Direct Debit scheme can spread the cost of their Season Ticket over 10 months. There are no additional charges or fees, except for missed payments, which will incur a £15 charge.Terms and conditions for the Direct Debit scheme apply. These can be found on LCFC.com/terms.
Can all supporters join the Direct Debit scheme?Any supporter aged 18 and over with a valid UK bank account can sign up*, however Season Ticket Holders who have defaulted payments more than three times during the 2018/19 season will not be eligible to renew their Season Ticket through the Direct Debit scheme.In line with the Direct Debit terms and conditions, the Club also reserves the right to refuse Direct Debit applications.*Hospitality clients cannot join the Direct Debit scheme.
Can I change ownership of my Season Ticket?No, Season Tickets are non-transferable in any situation. In the case a supporter can no longer commit to a Season Ticket and therefore not renew, their Season Ticket will then be sold onto a Fox Member who meets the qualifying criteria.
If I cannot attend a game, can I sell my ticket?Further information on the new ticket exchange platform will be published on LCFC.com in due course. Terms and conditions apply, which will also be published on LCFC.com/terms.
I am a Fox Member, can I upgrade to a Season Ticket?Season Tickets have been capped once again at 23,000. Should any remain after the renewal and relocation periods, these will be made available to successful Fox Members.I am not currently a Season Ticket Holder, can I buy a 2019/20 Season Ticket?Should any Season Tickets become available following the renewal and relocation periods, and after being made available to Fox Members, these Season Tickets will go on general sale. In this eventuality, details will be shared on LCFC.com.
Supporters should note, however, that Season Tickets have not reached general sale since the 2013/14 season. The Club therefore recommends purchasing Fox Membership to increase their chances of purchasing one.
Can I renew my Car Park Season Ticket?Yes, once Season Tickets go on sale from Thursday 9 May 2019. Renewal will be available across all channels, however Car Park Season Tickets cannot be purchased on Direct Debit. These must be renewed by Thursday 13 June 2019.
Would I be better off buying tickets on a match-by-match basis?The short answer is no.A Season Ticket not only guarantees you a seat for every home Premier League fixture at King Power Stadium, LCFC’s price promise also guarantees Season Ticket Holders the best possible price over the course of the season. This means an equivalent seat in the same seating area will not be made available for less than the cost of your Season Ticket, if purchased on a match-by-match basis throughout the season.
How do I earn Foxes Rewards as a Season Ticket Holder and how can I use them?Season Ticket Holders receive 10 per cent back in rewards on all retail purchases made in the Foxes Fanstore or via shop.lcfc.com. Example: a £50 purchase would earn £5 in Foxes Rewards to use on future buys. To redeem in-store, simply present your Season Ticket at point of sale. To redeem online, sign in to your LCFC.com account and apply points at the checkout.
Do my current Foxes Rewards expire before the new season?No. Any accumulated Foxes Rewards will roll-over for the 2019/20 season.
