SPA POLICY: Preparing for your treatment The best way to prepare for your service is to be clean & comfortable. Do have a shower and a glass of water before your treatment, but try to use the restroom before your service.

What to wear?

There is no need to bring or wear special clothing, although you may choose to bring a swimsuit if your treatment includes a bathing ritual or you will be visiting the steam room or the sauna. Body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however you may leave your underpants on for massages if preferred.

Privacy Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private and throughout the treatment you will be appropriately, covering all parts of the body.

Speak Up

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, everyone is different. Please, remember that this is your treatment! Let your therapist know if there are any adjustments she can make to the room or service that will help you to be more comfortable.

Arrive early

Upon arrival at the Spa you will complete a brief questionnaire to ensure that you have the treatments best suited to your needs. Being late will shorten your spa treatment(s), please be at the spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure that you will have time to check in, take in the view, fill out the health questionnaire, and relax.

Smoking

Smoking is never permitted in any spa area.

Minors

Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age to take spa treatments individually. For underage guests, parents must sign a waiver and accompany their child at all times. Please note that persons under 16 are not permitted in the fitness room, sauna or steam room except if they are accompanied.

Tipping Always appreciated but never expected, we leave this practice to your entire discretion.

Pregnancy

Our therapists are not entitled to perform massages on pregnant women. Thank you for notifying us your pregnancy when booking. The Spa receptionist will inform you about what kind of treatment you can receive.

Cancellation

To change or cancel an appointment, please contact the spa reception only, in a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Beyond this period, any treatment canceled will be charged 50% of its price and no-shows will be fully charged.
