PROCEDURE FOR BUYING 1. The attached worksheet should be completed for your Purchaser, once a purchaser is in place.
In order to avoid spelling or information errors, your Purchaser’s Government issued photo ID should also be scanned or faxed with your worksheet. Only one name change will be permitted during the 10-day rescission period.
2. The completed worksheets and photo ID should be emailed to [email protected] or faxed
to 416-977-8705 where every effort will be made to accommodate your request. 3. The fax line and email will open Saturday, October 27 at 12 noon. 4. You will be contacted by telephone with your suite assignment. An appointment will be
arranged to meet with your clients for signing. All agreements must be signed before 12:00 noon on Monday December 31, 2012 to take advantage of this special offer.
5. The Agreements will be signed at Menkes Head Office, 4711 Yonge Street, Suite 705. (between 401 and Sheppard on the east side of Yonge) If you are coming by TTC, there is direct access to the building from the Sheppard subway station, Monday – Friday, 7 am – 7 pm. After hours and on weekends, please exit the subway at the Poyntz Avenue exit and enter the building through the north door.
If you are driving, turn into the driveway of 4711 Yonge Street (at Poyntz Avenue) and proceed to the parking garage. At the barrier, buzz Security and advise that you are going to Menkes, 7th Floor (Suite 705). They will direct you to P2 where there is valet parking available Monday-Friday.
All visitors to the building must sign in at Security on the Ground Floor.
6. You may prefer to visit the Sales Centre with your clients prior to completing a Worksheet. We
welcome this. The displays and scale model will help them better understand life at Noir. 7. Each Purchaser may only buy one suite at Noir. 8. A deposit cheque from a financial institution in the amount of $5,000 must be presented at time
of purchase. Counter cheques will not be accepted. Cheques are payable to Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP in Trust.
