TRANSFERS AND IN-AIRPORT SERVICES FROM/TO VENICE MARCO POLO VCE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The private transfer from/to the airport includes both a car ride and a boat ride. Guests can choose between two routes:

VIA AIRPORT PIERGuests are escorted to the airport pier by car and from there they reach the hotel by private boat. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. During events such as the Biennale or the Venice Film Festival, a combination of speed controls on boats coupled with high demand could mean service times are extended. Whilst Blitz endeavours to run a normal service, they cannot be held responsible for events outside of their control.

VIA VENICE CAR TERMINALGuests are escorted to Venice Car Terminal (close to Piazzale Roma area) by car and from there they reach the hotel by private boat. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

Kempinski Special Welcome A hotel representative will greet you either before the baggage claim if arriving from Schengen Area Countries or before the passport checkpoint if arriving from Non-Schengen Area Countries; they will assist you with your luggage and then guide you towards your onward transport from the airport.

Gold VIP Service A hotel representative will greet you at the aircraft, where a private vehicle on the apron – unless air bridge is used – will take you quickly through to passport checkpoint, baggage claim and customs. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the onward transport. The representative will remain at your disposal for a maximum of two hours.

Gold VIP Service Our representative will greet you upon arrival at the airport. They will escort you within the airport, offering assistance with your luggage, throughout check-in – if allowed by airline security regulations – and at the priority lane at security. You will either be escorted to the gate for air bridge departures or, for remote-stand departures, driven to the aircraft in a private chauffeur-driven car; or to the VIP lounge to relax whilst you wait. The representative will remain at your disposal at the airport for a maximum of two hours and can also handle sales tax (TAX/VAT/GST) refunds for eligible passengers.
