Ministry Update March, 2020

Hello Ministry Friends,

We are in exciting times! For the past two years Love INC has worked hard to build strong internally in preparation for the next season God has prepared for us. We hired 8 new people in 2019, for a total of 12 staff members and 2 volunteers serving at the leadership level. We are all working in our gift set and God is blessing our efforts. Thank you for supporting us through this process of building strong!

The word God gave us for 2020 is INCREASE (Deuteronomy 26:12-15). The increase will come in the form of Love INC connecting believers to use their gifts, talents, and resources in whatever area God has called them -- maybe directly with Love INC clients, becoming a budget mentor, business partner, donor, class facilitator, or by us connecting them to other local ministries leading the way in work related to an area God has placed on their heart (ex.:, homelessness, foster care, stopping sex trafficking, etc.). When we come together, we can change Brevard County for Christ!

Featured Client: We are celebrating a 54-year-old, single woman who escaped a 30-year abusive marriage.  She packed up what little belongings she had and moved across the country to Florida. She reached out to one of our partner churches looking for assistance with finding housing and employment. That church referred her to Love INC where she received assistance with job placement as well as finding a room to rent. She quickly got involved at that church, built community, and joined a small group Bible study. She also received a bed and furnishings from her new church family and Love INC provided mentoring, personal care pantry items, and Christian counseling for her past traumas. She says she is moving forward and leaving her past behind. We are thrilled to report that she has recently graduated from our program and is moving into her own apartment! Praise God!

Love INC Connection:A single mom working with Ready for Life of Brevard lost childcare for her 2-month old daughter, which put her job in jeopardy. We connected her

with a partner church in her area and they had the perfect person to

provide her with reliable childcare.
