Reports from main suppliers
3D Shell responsibilities on the show includes the following:
Meeting with the client before the show to discuss requirements. We are responsible for drawing up the floor plan for Venue & Safety approval as well designing Pavilions, Special Areas such as the Organisers Office, Registration & Stand Designs on request.
We handle all Exhibitor enquiries for the show & invoice for additional services including Furniture & Electrical Hire.
Ziggy oversees the planning of the show working alongside the Project Manager to ensure a smooth build up . On the day of build up we mark out the venue according to the latest floor plan. Once the carpets are laid, we commence with the building of the Stands & installation of Electrical Power Supply.
We set up a Services Counter to assist with queries & changes on-site assisting the Exhibitors with the set-up of the stand. We also give the Exhibitors an opportunity to order last minute requirements on-site.
We have a standby crew for the days of the show. This responsibility is handed over to the Project Manager.
